I haven't played at this casino for a long time except for the free tournaments.

In the last few months I have tried to make a deposit here and there.

When I check on the VISA option I get a message to go to customer service.

This has happened more than 5x.

The INSTANT CHAT rep comes on and asks me what I want.
I tell them I can no longer use my credit card to deposit and I get sent to customer service.
Then the Instant chat option comes on.

He asks for my name and casino acct and which Casino I am referring to.
Then he asks me to wait 2 mins.
Then he comes back and tells me that he cannot help me and he will have
the finance dept get back to me via email.

In all these times the same scenario plays out and I never hear from
the "finance dept" or anyone else.

Maybe they are not accepting me or USA anymore? Not sure what to think.

I still get their emails asking me to deposit, but guess what, I can't!!

Anyone else having this issue with Desert Nights Casino?

Have you tried with another casino? Do you get the same problem? Its possible your card issuer has placed a hold on your visa until you call them up and go through `transactional verification` Its usually a simple process. Only a guess mind, but Ihave had this happen to me on countless occasions.

I think that your visa maybe limited to not work online gaming.

None of my credit cards work for gaming. Canadian. None.

I am aware of Playtech casinos effectively banning players by disallowing their deposits, but heard nothing like this about RTGs

Did you try their EZvoucher method? It's pretty easy indeed, you go the web site pasteandpay dot com, register there and use your credit card to buy a voucher, which is a 20-character string. Then you go to the casino cashier and paste this string. Unlike other vouchers this one can be split into several deposits. Should it not work in Desert Nights you can also use it in other accredited casinos such as Inetbet and the Club World group, I believe.

Success!

I got an email from Desert Nights Casino explaining they had an internal

operation problem. It was all on their end. It's working again.:D

This morning I got an email stating
We would like to inform you that Desert Nights will be upgraded tomorrow to a new name.

So new changes are in place. Not sure what their new name will
be but the email states all information (Account name etc) will remain the same.

Not sure if they sold the casino to new owners??

Time will tell.

Thank you all for your responses!:D:lolup::D

Best of luck !!

No they are just changing name skin etc. Still the same Casino. Reason is it was hard to distinguish old when both have a Rival and RTG casino.

I know this is a bit off track but supposedly there also going to be opening up another WGS casino. Called Red Stag, to compete with there own Miami Club.

This is where it points to the fact that Deckmedia is working on something. Either way maybe they'll also make some better changes for the future?
