Denied Bonuses and VIP status?

Has anyone ever been denied match bonuses or the paid instant VIP upgrade? I decided to play Lucky Legends and was denied the match bonuses that I was emailed and listed in the Promo section of their site. Support was absolutely awful and refused to offer any explanation other than the fact that I can’t use bonuses. I had never played here before and for some reason I was restricted from the match bonuses that Ive been sent over the last several weeks. This was probably the most nerve racking thing I’ve ever dealt with as far as gaming goes.

I did play at a sister site and ran into an issue because apparently a FORMER player had my same address at one point but this same former player no longer has an active account at any of the sister sites and does not reside with me. I decided try out Lucky Legends because this same former player had never played there before so it seems that I’m still being restricted because of a player who doesn’t exist in their system actively, does not live at my address, and has never played at Lucky Legends. None of this makes any type of logical sense which is why they absolutely refused to give me any explanation.
