I am more of a table games fan and managed to get muy balance up above £1300, I withdrew the odd amount bringing it down to an even £1000. I then decided to try out Starmada Exiles, which I hadn't played before, I clicked on the Demo Play link and had what I thought were £1000 of demo funds. I never play slots for high stakes for real money, almost always minimum, never more than £1, but when playing free play I ramped it up. After losing all my "Demo Money" it became clear that I was playing with real funds and had lost it all. Customer suppurt were no help, and a day later the Demo button still links to the real game, and there's no obvious statement indicating that real funds are being used.
