no I haven't got an answer back from The Pogg as of yet, I guess I have to be patient and just wait? I filed the complaint on nov 13, and the first response I got from them was nov 15, telling me that they will speak to the operator and find out more info on the situation!

and then when I emailed my vip manager she told me the complaint was escalated to softswiss..

so thats all I have so far!!!

Actually, I wouldn't mind some clarification as well. I actually think I might try this casino depending.

It seems like they have a VIP club that offers cashback to all members at a certain tier. This has wagering requirements as well. Wheras the thursday cashback with the minimum weekly loss has no wagering requirements and different cash back percentages.

Are these two separate cashback rewards?

but they don't have wagering requirements ,they have a max cashout 20k week, 60k cad a month, they just have a cap on the max you can get which is 7500 cad a week.

Yes chat is right. You are posting things to try prove you are right that are showing you are completely wrong.

Why you do not just leave it till the POGG is finished i do not know.

In your chat you ask if it is total bets - net winnings x 10%. That will be correct. You just do not understand are not willing to understand how it works.

If you start with £500. Bet as much as you like and end up on £200. Your loss would be £300 so cashback would be £30.

If you bet 10 spins at £10 each and each spin paid £5 you would have lost £50. If next 10 spins paid £15 you would then have broke even. You would have same £200 you started 20 spins with. And Total bets would be £200 - net winnings of £200 = 0. But in your head you seem to think you wouuld have earned cashback as some bets won.

Really everyone has explained it to you. But you still won't grasp how it works. Good luck with your claim you will need it.

A straightforward one...deposit $20, if

, get 100% back...so get a $20 cashback...no other calculations needed!

Some others...deposit and play, if lost, get 10% cashback..

Then there are ones like mine that are (total wagered that week - total net winnings that week - bonus)x% if any cashback amount not necessarily be 10% of deposited amount,

Like I said I have proved my point clear as day, and will wait on The Poggs decision!!!!

think I got aids, apart from that the OP is utterly deluded should he think he’s entitled to a bean.

the numbers are a mess and he had a massive touch of luck getting what he did the first time.

also to label the likes of us members (paid shills) biased towards casinos etc is pathetic, look my history up on here son... I’m pretty fucking far away from a affy or a casino supporter.

and it’s also offensive how you labelled good reps here as biased in some way, not to mention the staff who have over the past years bent backwards to help me stay around

its funny how there are so many websites that talk about exactly what I'm saying and now I think I have a total of 2 operators that I spoke with via chat that use the softswiss platform that I have screenshots of, that use (total bets wagered - net winning - bonus)x%... and calculate it the way I'm talking about.

so honestly, your comment was a little harsh with a lot of words, and it probably describes the type of person you are over the internet!!! I'm nothing like that and will keep my integrity without getting angry or using words like that, especially when you haven't given no facts what so ever!!

I did set a car on fire once because the guy didnt answer his phone and owed me 50$ for a month. hhhhhhhelllllllloooooo was the thing he yelled when I called the day after. Why would he say anything about it, you are dealing with the ADR and (according to you) they are speaking with the licensing authority. As I said in the other thread, the rep won't speak about it on here for those reasons, and your constant tagging him when he doesn't reply, is bordering on harassment.

No but there are forum rules, luckily for you my moderating powers don't include this sub forum, but @Casinomeister @maxd are able to moderate in here and I don't think either take kindly to a member harassing a rep.

So am I and mods don't read every post, so by tagging them I am helping them do their jobs. If they don't see anything wrong in what you're doing then all well and good.

Then like at the same time @LadyJelena messaged me after I had posted and said that he will respond tomorrow, but having him respond to a question thats not valid about softswiss is irrelevant now!

You 'wonder', no you don't, you know for a fact he won't/can't respond. The multiple question marks suggest it was to make a point rather than a serious question.

You have an ongoing complaint with the official ADR for kingbilly. There is absolutely no need to keep posting while it is ongoing, and no need to tag the rep. I'm sure he is aware of what is happening without you telling him.

Oh and asking @LadyJelena to contact the rep, when you know fine well why he won't respond is pretty poor form too.

If you're keen to update everyone on your progress, so be it. As col has already - and others - pointed out, you're highly unlikely to get a rep response, especially seeing as the casino is currently in an arbitration matter.

I love it when people continue to include their thoughts when I have proved cashbacks like this are implemented in casinos!

and when I have read threads when the majority of the regulars only bash people, makes me think about what your intentions are!

if this was supposed to be a community for gamblers, the regulars who continue to bash people who have valid complaints are sad to me! you guys who do bash people with valid complaints need to find a hobby, and release that stress somewhere else!

Nothing to do with anyone being against you, you are wrong in your calculations, everyone has told you so and you don't like it.
You never asked for help, yet you started a thread on here doing exactly that.
You sent me an unsolicited PM asking for advice (so help), then copied and pasted very selective parts of my replies onto the forum to make it sound as if I said something different than I did.
You have had multiple warnings in this thread, you were also warned for the same type of thing over at AG, to the extent you were told to stop posting over there until the complaint at the ADR is complete (which you then ignored, continued posting, warned again, ignored, continued posting, see a pattern here). You've also posted at LCB about this issue.
You also implied over there that casino staff are not dealing with your complaint any further, and it was been escalated higher, so again, if that is the case, then clearly no one can answer your questions on here, even if they wanted to, so yes you are harassing the rep.
