Somone play in Del Rio (Playtech) ? Im know some time ago this casino joined to winner casinos group but They live support usually not answer (nobody at home) Only if you try do deposit then suddenly they find you and spek with you.

Example in Del Rio if player decided play with bonus then must meet some playthrouts.. x 12 or x 20 but progreess is not show in panel.

Only idea to check wagering progres is ask live chat.. But live chat usually not answer .....

So example im was have good sesion and little try caluclating my wagering requeiments progress manual ......... but finnaly im decided try ask them how this look and all day live chat is avalible in site but nobody answer ( im try 4-5 times) This is strange if Del Rio is part good reputable group WINNER then this is very strange - People from live support slip all day and get up only if somonE try do deposit.....

Sumarry im still dont know im finish my wagering with my bonus or no ... Im send emial to their support departamends . And live chat still avalible and still slip all day. ....

If you say that they only pop up to chat when you start the process of making a deposit - then maybe you can go to the deposit screen, fill in all the details but obviously DON'T click the confirm button... and wait. If they do as you say then someone should find you quick enough. Just a suggestion obviously. GL, and hope you get your winnings.
