Dead or Alive 2 - Not part of bonus terms

So as you know.

Dead or Alive is part of every bonus term as a game that cannot be used for wagering.

Now if you look at many sites they only list Dead or Alive as part of restricted gaming list or as one of the games that does not count towards wagering at all.
They do not specify Dead or Alive II/2 specifically. Does this mean I can use it for wagering then? Or will they eventually just nab me in the end should I get a big hit? None of the casinos specify dead or alive 2, only the original Dead or Alive. I mean they would specify games like Tomb Raider 2 or Jack hammer and Jack hammer 2.

Would I be in breach of terms?

below are just an example or 2

The same applies to Blood Suckers and Blood Suckers II.

What I have seen to date, both were always mentioned when both were restricted. But, TBH, I would not trust a casino and would get confirmation from support in writing before playing DoA2. :D

Harry, dont you think if we chat with support and notify them, casinos will start adding it there? I thought maybe they are not aware yet, maybe an opportunity to take advantage.

Well I aint going to lie, DOA 2 can consume balance easily as well, so not a very wise choice for wagering really, unlike bonanza.

Anyways just nice to know you have that extra bonus funds to try and catch a wild line, rather than just only playing with your own money which at times can be a bit tight for us low rollers most of the time.

Almost every site doesnt have doa2 in the terms so I always ask before playing and they always say its not banned + on the sites where your bonus balance does not show in banned games it shows in doa2 which im surprised by now I would of thought every casino which bans doa from bonus would of banned doa2 but they havnt in alot of cases strange !

Honestly I would Ban DOA 2 instead of DOA 1,

I mean have seen that DOA 2 can cause some damage. Well if thats the case, I will be chasing my wild line the weekend I guess, plus chat to support just to confirm for safety.

or when they quote the terms directly or tell you to email support@xxxx.com and they will respond with an answer. Frustrating I know...
Or they would even just keep on telling you that the terms are on the website, but indirectly neither deny or confirm whether the game is playable or not...

The reason why DoA2 is not banned is simple risk assessment.

The base game is far more volatile, so you are bound to lose your balance quicker. The average wait between the free spins is 25% longer. So overall, I would say the risk for a big win DOA-style is lower on DoA2 and maybe the reason why it is not banned. Plus, most casinos have it restricted to 1.80 or 3.60 max per spin.

I agree, I dont think it plays anything like DOA in terms of wagering. Im so much more confident with DOA in terms of keeping my balance.

Surely, in a heavily regulated casino world, if its not listed its fair game?

I joke about the casino world of course.....Really though, any decent upstanding casino wouldnt restrict you if its not in their terms.

I always search the T&C with ctrl+f for certain slots i want to be sure is not banned for bonusplay.
One time i did this, it bit me in the ass tho.
Went to tc and searched for "Dead", 0 hits.

Oh cool, so i can play dead or alive with this bonus. Neat!
Get a pretty decent hit in Doa and finish wagering, and shortly after im finished my balance gets taken and i get a mail about breaking their t&c.
Turns out i was NOT allowed to play Doa with bonus funds.
Only that, in the T&C they had misspelt it "Dear or alive" so it didnt show up when i searched for "dead"

Tried explaining that to the support who just turned a deaf ear, saying it was my responsibility to read the t&c.
Well according to the t&c it is dear or alive that is banned for bonusplay not dead or alive i said.
Then my account got banned.

Good times.
