I used to like their games, Tombstone was a HV but fair game but they went well off the deepend - a good example in how a company has to put their 'creative' types on a tight rein. Otherwise they end up with the tat of their last 10 or so releases.

Shifting sands - i'd rather now play Lost Relics by Netent than spin 10p in a NLC game.

Yeah to be fair when I had the budget or decent balance following an earlier win I would play a handful of their slots

Deadwood, East Coast, Hoarder, The mining one to name most of them, mostly crap results but the odd surprise. Still might approach these if I get a wild line or something and can afford to blow £50 or so.

However their later stuff, no way. Streamers do enough to put me off (genuine ones) don't watch them much but seem them get nailed to the floor to bonus them, only to get 10x back

No thanks.

No one minds playing a game where they have a 0.00001% of hitting the max win on 10p/20p bets but when 80% of their games, or more, rely on the Bonus Buy to get it, you feel as if you've been sold a lie - which you have.

Bit of a shame though because they do put effort into them (though, like PNG/BTG etc, you feel as if they are now starting to re-skin their games)

What can be said that hasn't been said before? NLC have carved out a niche in the market that deals with dubious themes, yet they show no sign of letting up - which must mean they've discovered most gamblers aren't discerning enough to let distasteful guff stand in the way of their slotting!

Hiding behind the cloak of "But but but it's for adults/ 18+" isn't all-encompassing, and certain themes should remain off-limits. But I guess the clue's in the company's name really, which most originally attributed to their gameplay mechanics and quirks, less gulags, prison rape and mental asylum experimentation!

But whatever floats one's boat, after all. I guess when enough tire of their predictable shtick, then their games will be exposed for what they are, anti-slotting scratchcard ponzi schemes. Probably the reason they aim to shock - as there ain't much under the hood :D

ps anyone know when Skin The Cat is released?

I don't but @sufferinsilence ...might :p

tried it today, extremely boring and very difficult to feature (also with extra bet)
bought some bonuses and it's the typical no limit... pay 68x and get 20x back... pay 500x and get 200x back

i fold this one.

Funny how the volatility of new games turns a crap-oldey into a must-play.

I gave Lost Relics a spin the other day, and even Aloha - I know! Who would admit that two or three years ago?!

Actually quite liked Dead Canary. Looks great and has quite a unique bonus round, but these games are verging on being unplayable, and it's not just Nolimit City.

I wonder how much more they can squeeze before slot players find another thing to waste money on. And if they will dial it down a bit when they notice players leaving in droves.
