Hi all,

Have any of you got any experience with Dazzle Casino? I joined them recently. I play casino's regularly ( trying to stop actually) and don't usually bother with the bonuses as I know the wagering requirements are a pain.
I deposited £400, they automatically added a £200 bonus. Maybe I should have asked them remove it but i just played as normal.
I usually bet on roulette, this time mainly live roulette. Got my balance up to over £4k. Then was caught by the bonus requirements which is fair play. Carried on playing, won some, lost some. My bets are usually between £200 and £300 per spin.
Then i'd had enough, and was way over my wagering requirements so withdrew £3k.
They sent me the standard ID requirement which I sent. I usually go back in and reverse it, this time I didn't ( mainly to do with a bet that wasn't paid on the live roulette but that's another issue).
Anyway, 3 days later I received an email saying my account was closed due to bonus abuse, that's a new one on me.
Here's the amazing reason. Apparently in their terms you can't bet over £5 on any one game when you receive a bonus, if you do, it's deemed as bonus abuse.
Anyone heard of anything similar?
They refuse to pay the £3k and they've returned my deposit.
This seems a but unfair to me.
Thanks

DRATT - DIDN'T READ ALL THE TERMS! Every casino almost has a standard 5-6 Euro a game limit when under a bonus. After the SE issue it's the most common cause of non-payment of winnings, unfortunately you are not going to be paid and have to write it off.

Really? I think "only bets less than £5" shouldn't be hidden in the terms, i'd say that should be listed right under the bonus. I don't usually opt for bonuses but I've never heard of this.
No wonder the CMA are working with the gambling commission to stop such terms and conditions.

Buy one... get one free. And after you've bought one they say sorry the one you purchased was over 1p. A mis-sold promotion don't you think?

Yes really, I am sorry to say.

As mentioned most, if not all casinos have a max bet rule, usually around, again as mentioned the £5 mark.

Even so betting £200-£300 per spin as you mention, wouldn't just be a slight breach of terms, it would have shattered them into nothingness so as much as I always sympathise over refused cash outs, I can see no light at the end of the tunnel with this one.

Yes, I can sympathise with that point and indeed some casinos DO have a little terms menu on their bonus banner which summarizes the main criteria. I agree (and have said this before many a time) that the terms for a bonus should be accessible via the offer itself rather than buried away in the general terms....
