I usually do most of my rival playing at Simon Says. I have run into trouble too many times at rival casinos. I have never had any account locked before now but I have been told at a few that I am not eligible for bonuses. First they tell me I have duplicate accounts then they look further and tell me I am linked to other accounts. Which I believe are my accounts at different rival casinos. After I do enough bitching they then tell me I am just bonus banned.
Tonight I decided I'll give Davincis Gold another go. Have made about 600.00 in deposits there and I don't have any luck. Not complaing just stating that I have played there several times before this. The account is also not new.
So I go and claim a 200% match and then make my deposit. As soon as I close the deposit page I get a message that my account has been locked. Not too happy I go to live chat and below is what takes place.

me: It seems you run into this all the time I have other rival accounts but only one at each casino

me: Why on earth would you lock the account after I deposited? It is not a new account I have deposited several times in the past There is absolutely no reason for this

However because I am unable to see the exact cause of this, I will have to send a message to the security department to have them look into this. Once they have reviewed your account, you will be notified through e-mail.

Sammy: your money will stay in your account till the issue is resolved
me: and when will this be?
Sammy: you will be contacted by email as soon as your account has been reviewed by management

Probably won't hear anything til monday which just ticks me off even more.
I will just stick with Simon Says and maybe Tradition if they end up paying out in a reasonable time. Really like the games but not the headaches that come with them.
