    I usually do most of my rival playing at Simon Says. I have run into trouble too many times at rival casinos. I have never had any account locked before now but I have been told at a few that I am not eligible for bonuses. First they tell me I have duplicate accounts then they look further and tell me I am linked to other accounts. Which I believe are my accounts at different rival casinos. After I do enough bitching they then tell me I am just bonus banned.

    Tonight I decided I'll give Davincis Gold another go. Have made about 600.00 in deposits there and I don't have any luck. Not complaing just stating that I have played there several times before this. The account is also not new.

    So I go and claim a 200% match and then make my deposit. As soon as I close the deposit page I get a message that my account has been locked. Not too happy I go to live chat and below is what takes place.

    Probably won't hear anything til monday which just ticks me off even more.

    I will just stick with Simon Says and maybe Tradition if they end up paying out in a reasonable time. Really like the games but not the headaches that come with them.

    Are you sure you haven't mixed it up?

    Simon Says takes at least 5 business days (7 days at all!!!!) for a withdrawal, even if you're a VIP there!

    That's for me the reason, i'll never play there and i've deleted the casino from my computer!
    You're getting also bonus banned after making your 1st withdrawal!

    One of the worst Rival casinos ever for me!

    That's about par for Davinci's, TIV, and quite a few others. According to the "Rival" network I must have 1500 accounts (what a joke). And, I must say even Sloto thought I had a bunch but that was sorted out. The top of my list are Vegas Regal, Dendera, Ruby Royal and Tropica. They are on the good list so far...no bonus banning, free chips, VERY helpful reps. Tradition would only let me deposit via an ewallet with very few promotions so they were quickly uninstalled. Superior is o.k. and Mayan Fortune is alright (they unlocked my account after my earlier meltdown) but since I have withdrawn some I get no bonuses. I really am surprised Rival has loyal clients (if they do). They are VERY strange (but it looks like some of the new ones have hope:thumbsup:)

    Favorites are Dendera and Tropica. It use to be Ruby Royal until they told me I do not qualify for the Holiday Nd, the one he was giving away in the forum the other day, because I had a win pending.I explained I had it flushed days ago. He then said more or less because of that recent win I do not qualify for the bonus. Gee, if I only won it a week before lol

    No, I don't have them mixed up. I get most of my withdrawals in two days. I have had to wait the 5 days once. Also I still get bonuses. As a matter of fact, for my birthday I got a 200.00 no wagering, no max withdrawal.

    wow i was told exactly the same thing and i only have one account on each casino wich i use a few now, i think they do a bonusbann over the line even if you dont try to do anything but play.
    there is still some casinos that is not linked to the others and this must be sloto,vegas regal, of them i have. vegas days shot the bonus down the same day i make the withdraw same as simon and pantasia and so on :( i have only one computer too so i dont get it at all the only answer i got was an automated from the rules
    and now i have withdraws pending and i hope they realise that i only have 1 account on every casinos.:confused:
    my favourite casinos are Ruby Royal,Tradition,Vegas Regal,Tropica,Sloto,superior wich take my vip away :( despite the fact some of them was in the automated bonusbann.
    i must say the fun with playing are going down when this happends, i love slots but not to any costs.
    i think the most of us are honest and hardworking workers who just want to relax and have some fun with the slots or any games with no intentions to do wrong.
    why put in many thousands in casinos and then blow it ?

    and that was after i have explain that i have not in anyway tried to fool anyone and dont have more than one account in each casino but they dont care i have put in several thousand there and are treated like garbage so there is no understanding or caring about the players there at all

    They unlocked my account today and my deposit and bonus was there. I played it and as soon as my account hit zero I was thrown out and my account was locked again.

    I'm not going to argue with them, they can keep it locked. There are too many places to play that know how to treat their customers. Won't waste my time with this garbage.

    See, that is like shooting yourself in the foot....they are so arrogant they think they can have players locked at will and there will be more signing up tomorrow. Yes, they did pay me $2700 off a $25 deposit (plus I had deposited maybe $500 over a period of time)....but, if they wanted any part of that back they would have been a little nicer...wouldn't that make fiscal sense?:confused:
