From the beginning.
I played at Davinci`s Gold on Sat 14th. Deposited $65, neteller, with a 200% bonus - no withdrawal limits.
Was very fortunate - met the playthrough and finished with a balance of $3000.
I then attempted to cashout it all out. It would not let me. I contacted support who informed me there is a daily limit on cashouts due to my class - currently 500/day. So for the last 4 days I have cashed out 2000. So today I tried to take out another 500 but I cannot - a message comes up stating due to current withdrawal limits neteller is unavailable. I contacted support but they could not help - they state management are dealing with this. I asked for a telephone number and the managers name - but support stated they were only available by email - no name. I have already emailed them last Sunday - no response.
So I still have a balance of $1000 and I cannot withdraw it.
I have had this account with this casino for years - have had withdrawals before. I was bonus banned , indeed they locked my account for a while. They reopened it a couple of weeks ago.
The other 4 withdrawals are processing.
I am very worried now and VERY p-----d off.
They also offered me a free $20 chip yesterday - I did not use it - how could I with a 1000 balance. Imagine the shit if I had.
I shall send them another email this morning.
Does anyone know who I can contact to help

Sorry for what you have to go through. The last I heard Rival allows only 2000 a week cashouts. I am pretty sure I have cashed out 2000 in one day and if it were more, I would have to wait a week to cashout the extra 1000. I have no idea why this Rival does it 500 a day. Honestly, I never cared for this Rival and stopped playing it along time ago.
 
The 500/day is something in their system when you get bonus banned. Had exactly the same happen at this is vegas a long time ago. Probably it is because to the casino they equal winning on a bonus with fraud and want to get rid of you.

Yes - received the cashout, total 8 days.
They have given me some excellent bonus`s as well. I will deposit there again - have done so already.

however, as i've written 2 days ago in the tradition thread, i've got my withdrawal monday night :)

Btw. i tried Simon Says and claimed all 3 bonuses in a row, ebcause after the 3rd i should get a VIP, at least it was written on this bonus, but since this last bonus i'm now so VIP, that i have not any promotion in my cashoer since 2 days, although i've made even a deposit without any bonus and could never cash out any cent *lol*

If that's what they call a VIP, then i'll be better a non-VIP there :D
 
Thanks for the feedback everyone - which is more than I have had from DaVincis.
I feel more reassured that I will eventually get the payouts. Looks like I will have to wait until next week.
Its been an astonishing run of wins at various Rival casino`s this past 2 weeks. All due to some remarkable single win`s such as a $2034 from a $1.40 spin on Psychedelic Sixties. Also at Tropica I had a single 840 win from 1 on Cosmic Quest 2. Managed to make 3500 from a total deposit of 200 overall. My wife spent quite a bit of it last Sunday shopping in Aberdeen.
I have not been bonus banned - indeed I continue to receive very good bonus`s especially from Tradition. Some of my other accounts are locked ( Vegas Regal, they refused to open it again ) but who cares I am now more than happy, apart from DaVincis.

I wish there was better communication with DaVincis - at least they could let me know whats going on.

Thanks again - I really enjoy this forum.
I shall let you know what happens with this issue as it unfolds.

I just realised that My first 2 cashouts were on Sat/Sun from last week.
Still no feedback from the casino so I contacted live support who have stated that my limits are 1000/week. Apparantly they are trying to get this changed.
Would have saved a lot of anxiety if they had told me this before.
Support state that management are going to email very soon.

Progress.
Still no feedback from the casino but I tried another withdrawal - its been amended, I was able to withdraw the remaining balance -which I was able to have flushed.
I cashed in my $23 comp points and won $113 so I withdrew that also.
Was tempted to claim a 200% bonus x19 wager and reverse. Playthrough of 5700. I think I will leave it - that could be difficult.

Wonder how long it will be before they complete the processing.

Sorry to grab this up, but after i've written this, i got directly a 100% bonus with 25x WR and could make the playthrough and even cashed out $380 on it and that was only from a $25 deposit :)

Btw. as a VIP you get there 2 comp points for $1 wagering on slots ;)

Good luck with that...I cashed out maybe $1300 last December and got bonus banned and haven't heard a peep from them since.

Davinci's Gold...same thing...deposited maybe 6-8 times ($300-$400) and cashed out $2700 last December. Bonus banned and nothing from them since. (They are on my "could give a rat's ___ list):D

I only see the standard terms with the 2-5 working days rule, but since i'm a VIP they should pay out faster, or not? ;)

They have gotten stingy this month. I have to constantly mail the rep. She is a huge help , I just wish the casino would get there act together or I wont play there anymore.

I'm a "she" ;) and simon says use to be a really generous casino. Now I have to mail the Rep all the time. I really feel bad having to bother her so much so I think I am done with Simon Says for a while.

"Should" is the optimum word here, if I remember correctly I had to PM the rep here to get them moving on paying.:rolleyes: Then I got bonus banned!
 
Received the first 4 payments yesterday. Final 2 processing.
Never did receive any corrospondence from them. They sorted out my status as I managed to withdraw more than my previous daily limits.
So I guess thats it with this one.
I am still getting very good bonuses, here and elswhere - perhaps things are improving with the rival security issues.
If they replied to my emails and told me what was happening I probably would not have been that upset. So if the manager of DaVincis is reading this - please communicate with people.

They really hate winners it seems.
Thank God they didn't use the multiple account bs to deny you your winnings.
New Rivals are popping up like mushrooms almost every week, so enough other places to get rid of those winnings..;)
