I played at Davinci`s Gold on Sat 14th. Deposited $65, neteller, with a 200% bonus - no withdrawal limits.
Was very fortunate - met the playthrough and finished with a balance of $3000.
I then attempted to cashout it all out. It would not let me. I contacted support who informed me there is a daily limit on cashouts due to my class - currently 500/day. So for the last 4 days I have cashed out 2000. So today I tried to take out another 500 but I cannot - a message comes up stating due to current withdrawal limits neteller is unavailable. I contacted support but they could not help - they state management are dealing with this. I asked for a telephone number and the managers name - but support stated they were only available by email - no name. I have already emailed them last Sunday - no response.
So I still have a balance of $1000 and I cannot withdraw it.
I have had this account with this casino for years - have had withdrawals before. I was bonus banned , indeed they locked my account for a while. They reopened it a couple of weeks ago.
The other 4 withdrawals are processing.
I am very worried now and VERY p-----d off.
They also offered me a free $20 chip yesterday - I did not use it - how could I with a 1000 balance. Imagine the shit if I had.
I shall send them another email this morning.
