Whine and Moan dashcasino Flash - Where in the casino world has Immortal Romance gone?

Hi all, I've recently been playing on one of 32reds sister casinos dash casino.com

I've had a great run with 32red but have found that RTP has gone south so I thought I'd trial out one of their sister casinos and dash fitted well for me as 1. I have a Mac and am limited to flash and 2. it limited my gaming only to flash as they did not have iPhone gaming available.

So i'm just wondering if anyone knows or has come across similar issues. My issue was that over the first half of March 2014 I was depositing $50AUD and coming out with $300+ up to $700+ per two days of gaming through wins from Immortal Romance and Avalon II and Girls with Guns. Overall over 2 weeks I would have withdrawn about $1800AUD with some going back into the casino but I was always ahead.

Over the past two weeks though, I have noticed that Immortal romance had disappeared from my flash gaming list. Has this happened to anyone or can people still access Immortal Romance on dash casino flash? The reason I ask is that in the last two weeks, I have had pretty much have had no big wins since Immortal Romance had been removed. Even though in the highlight reel it shows people are still winning from Immortal Romance.

I've only just sent them a message recently in relation to this and asked where it had gone. That was 2 days ago and still no reply.... I have had a promo email from them but thats about all. I should've stopped playing whilst I was ahead and noticed that Immortal Romance had gone but I continued with the pattern of playing 243 line games. No big wins as I was with Immortal romance as I had the last option available to me with 20 spins and the vines wild I think its called.

Has this happened to anyone before or am I just being paranoid? I guess Im not being paranoid as the game hasn't been available to me. Will update once I get a reply from them. Will call them otherwise.

Further to my rant and confusion, I actually contacted dash casino and spoke to a customer service consultant who advised me that she wasn't sure why it was missing from flash. She said she would get back to me via email and I asked for a no deposit bonus and was given some credits to continue play with the casino. It also seems that the last I played Immortal Romance was on the 12th March....

*Has anyone else had this happen to them or can anyone see if they have Immortal Romance on their flash casino on dash?

hmmm now thats a weird date, nearly a year from now:) were did you get that from if i may ask :)

Isn't it the 14th February Valentines Day? Assuming thats when it will get reinstated... Immortal "Romance" Valentines Day, kinda fitting I guess... But still doesn't explain why I can't play it now!

I followed up and investigated a little further. Got in contact with a consultant and she couldn't explain. Finally got a follow up email from the pit boss and her explanation was

"I understand your frustration but this is the nature of the beast, so to speak, sometimes games are replaced to make way for new ones and unfortunately this may well be the case with Immortal Romance"

She gave me $50AUD to compensate for the issue and placed it on my dash casino and said I could play immortal romance on flash at 32red. Now, free credits disrupted my current kitty and I asked if she could place the credit in my 32red account and she did. As I played the $50 bonus on 32red, I still felt as though it wasn't the same as the RTP is definitely different to that on dash casino. Plus even if I did get the freespins, I still would have felt as though I was being cheated due to the fact that you have to get at least 20 free spins before you get to the wild vines feature. Do I feel cheated? HELL YEAH!!! and I still have no reasoning behind the removal of Immortal Romance on flash at dash casino and why it's still available on 32red...

Can anyone confirm that Immortal Romance is available on the software? I also asked the pitboss if my current data from flash would transfer to the software if I did split my Mac to run windows and no reply from the pit boss even though she was replying every 2 minutes before I asked the question.

I gotta agree with Homerbert here, they gave you $50, that is the same as your usual deposit so they gave you a free session.

As far as the RTP it has been explained here that operators cannot alter the RTP of Microgaming slots and if you have been having great runs in the past those are the oddities, not the losing runs.

The whole 32Red group is beyond reproach and I can't recall ever seeing them do anything to reduce any players chances on their properties. I wouldn't kick them to the curb over this.

For the carry over from flash to download version there can't be any data lost, it's still the same account.

I don't believe the excuse about having to remove one game to add another - it's bullshit! MGS software has a legendary capacity for games, and there is no upper limit that would require games to be removed to make space. Even if there was, they would surely retire an old and unpopular game, not a game that is being actively promoted by a number of casinos and Microgaming themselves.

Unfortunately, this kind of odd behaviour accompanied by lame excuses coming just after a player has won a fair bit on said game would have them reaching for their tin foil hat. It is careless of casinos and software vendors to play this silly game as it creates doubt in the minds of some players about the overall integrity of the software.

No doubt those players who LOST a fortune and then saw the game removed would first say "good riddance", but then would start demanding compensation because the removal of the game would strengthen any feeling they might have that their losses were down to a bug, rather than just bad luck.

I recall Microgaming issuing a series of lame excuses over the LOTR fiasco, where they appeared to not know what they were doing, making a statement via a press release one month, and contradicting it a few months later. The truth emerged some time later, but was NEVER told by Microgaming.

If Immortal Romance had vanished across the board, I would suspect a lawsuit to have been the cause due to the slots similarity to a popular vampire based series. If it has merely been pulled from the Flash/Quickfire portfolio, I would suspect a technical issue, something along the lines of "they updated the software and broke the game in the process", something MGS have done in the past.

I DO know that all the "achievement games" have been recently tweaked so that operators can track and reward achievements with automatic prizes, so maybe this broke IM on the Flash platform.

This is the thing with some of the flash based MG casinos:

They are depending on a master casino and not all games are used in this "new" addition.

DASH are using 32RED's master game. Yes, this is true, ALL DASH Casino's flash games are 32RED's server. This also means that if a player notices a bad RTP at 32RED and not at DASH, they are just being totally wrong.

It's the same with some MG bingo sites, they are using a master casino's server. The Palace group I know are using a master casino server from Ruby Fortune.

But here's the solution for you:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Edit: and here´s another "forbidden" game:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

:D

Yes, you can play! :p

Sorry 32RED, if you don't want players to use Immortal Romance at DASH you have to find a better way!

EDIT 2: I notified 32red about this thread and that players actually can play games they aren't supposed to.

not quite true. If you play on flash and unlock all the different free spins then play on download for first time the game starts from scratch and you have to unlock them all again. If you go back to flash they are still unlocked. Never could understand why they aren't unlocked on both tho if you are playing casino.

Yes, that works!

So, the games haven't been removed, it's merely a problem with the links into the game from the Flash lobby.

It also proves that the quoted excuse was "bullshit".

Interestingly, it's the first time I have seen this new style Flash lobby, I am used to the crappy old one. There is still the problem that the games are not in alphabetical order, and thus hard to find. I can't see a "favourites" option either, a feature that would mitigate the issue of games being hard to find.

I may have to give this "new" Flash incarnation a try, although if the lag is still a problem, it'll have to be back to the download.

I think that this "new" style is when you have a shared game server, in this case 32red, and use this on several casinos. At Nedplay they use their own as usual If I read the codes correct.

I often write the name of the game instead of trying to find links in the lobby, that's why I "knew" this would work. I don't even know if you are entitled to wind on IR when playing it at DASH. :eek2: They sure took down their two most popular High Variance games for a reason. Why? A promotion thing? They don't want those games published RTP's (not TRTP) to be mixed up with the customers at 32red?

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the delay in replying to this thread, took a few days vacation and haven't been checking the forum as regularly as usual - actually replying from a jacuzzi which is a first for me lol!

In short, I think there is a simple reason for this, it has been removed in error. You may notice that the Dash site is different to 32Red in that we launch the games from the site rather than opening microgaming's flash lobby. I expect the IR game may have been removed when we have been reorganising - a huge oversight if so!

Let me see what I can do!

Mark

Hi Guys,

Quick update - I'm reliably informed that IR is back! It was showing, but only on 'popular' not in the main section. I'll be looking to identify the culprit when back in the office. :)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Maybe find out which member of CS issued that "bullshit excuse" about removing games to make some space for others. It seems "playboy" has also been lost.

Do I take it that 32Red is still the "crappy old Flash lobby" with all the problems of lag, hard to find games, etc

Thank you Mark. I can also confirm that none of my data was lost and I can still access the Vines Feature on IR.

It is:(

I have been trying it for the past couple of days, but in mitigation I am not experiencing (so far, touch wood:) ) the terrible lag I usually associate with this old style Flash lobby. I am trying a few of the fruities that are not, and never have been, on the download, which of course means they are "virgin", never before been emptied by the weatherman:D I will try to rectify this situation in due course:p

I am pretty sure I read somewhere that a new flash lobby is due middle of this year. Will be interesting to see.

What is needed is a "favourites" section, as well as a more logical way to look through 23 pages+ of slots in no particular order, class, or creed. Alphabetical order would be a start, so at least it would be possible to guess which page to open based on the alphabet, for example, Apocalypse Cow is likely to appear on the first couple of pages, whereas now it is almost at the end on page 23.

I have recently tried the All Slots flash lobby, and have found that after playing a game, it is stored in some kind of "favourites bar" down the left of the screen. It mitigates the fact that it is just as hard there to find a game among 400+ listed in no particular order. No lag there either, have MGS actually FIXED the problem at last!!
