CWC Withdrawals..once a week?

Hello everyone!! I have a quick question regarding Club World withdrawals. I have been doing rather well lately ;) after a long, dry spell. But it is taking forever to get a cash out. Of course, my withdrawal was reversed a few times for "smudged" unreadable documents, etc..even though CWC had all of the documents on file, my payout is from one of the affliate casino's so it was a back/forth deal for about a week. Then of course the 4-5 day reversible hold, then it took another 4 days to receive the courier check. Now I find out that they will only process one withdrawal per week? Is this the norm? I will be looking at having 8 weeks of WD periods for $2.5k..which seems a bit excessive. I believe the courier check is pretty much my only option being in the US. Any help wold be appreciated!!!
 
I don't know if this helps much but I withdrew $1067,00 from lucky red in May and I believe and it took just under 2 weeks to get my check. I cashed out $1100 from Aladdin's Gold on the 17th, approved on the 19th and I'm still waiting to receive that check. I would need to check my history to get exact dates for the Lucky Red transaction. I'm not sure why your is taking so long.

I dont quite understand. It seems you are already verified at CW but they are reversing your w/ds for unreadable docs?

I cannot understand CW's logic. If the docs were problematic they communicate with the player to sort things out, not reverse the w/ds. This is the same as keeping the w/d in pending status for a full week. CW should give an explanation.
 
Thanks for the feedback! I was advised to send over a message to CW rep on here which I did..so hopefully I have some answers soon. I didn't quite understand why they needed the same docs at Lucky Red that they already had at CW..but I sent them over anyways..these stall tactics really upset me sometimes :mad: especially when they reverse it each time they need a doc so I have to wait 2-4 days for that processing time all over again. My main concern right now is that I have a large amount to withdraw and according to their TOS, it will take me over 2 months to make withdrawals at the amount I am allowed to withdraw per week.

To be fair, the weekly withdrawal limits are clearly stated on the website so you should have been aware of that before you played, so I don't think you have a valid complaint there.

In regards to weekly processing.....well in your case it makes sense as you are withdrawing the max allowed per week. However, if this is a common practice for other players not under such restrictions, then it needs to be addressed by CWC. I understand the inherent delays associated with US payouts, but if they are taking 5 days or more to even process, surely that is adding unnecessarily to the already long wait for these players?

The docs thing makes no sense, but smacks of inefficiency or incompetence rather than deliberate stalling.

If only CWC were proactive and honest about delays and issues as they occur by posting in the forums, there would not be so much angst around the place and would save both their reputation and a hell of a lot of emails and chat sessions.....they have the perfect vehicle to keep players well informed before and when things go pear shaped, but it seems to me its always too little too late which is undoubtedly costing them players and deposits.

I then elected the ACH option that is stated for US Players only. I hope this was not a mistake. They have my bank info already and thought this would be a second best option rather than waiting for a check. I received a confirmation email saying funds usually process the next business day. We'll see. I also hope it does not have a red flag at my bank, but I'll have to wait on that too. Any suggestions?

Eg-

Have had both checks and ACH from CW. In the best of times ACH rec'd at my bank in 2 business days. In the worst of time rec'd in about 20 business days. Checks rec'd in 2-7 business days.

Neither one of those methods have raised a "red flag" with my bank. Knock on wood. Others can attest to this but as far as red flags think it depends on your bank.

Although I have just PMed you this information I wanted to address the issue here as well (I hope you don’t mind)

First you are correct that we can only process $2500 per cheque, and one cheque per week person. These limits are set by the processor we use though so we have no flexibility there.

We do offer three other methods for players in your area – two of them transfer the funds to your bank account and the third transfers the funds to your credit card. We are more than happy for you to use any combination of these methods simultaneously to withdraw funds from the casino.

With regards to your faxback documents, although we had all your ID etc. from your account with AGC and CWC there had been some changes to the payment methods you had used that we needed on file before we could process the withdrawal.

I also play at CW. They told me 2 per week max 1g each...But lately they been stalling and it has taken longer...I am very unhappy about this.

I waited a full 2 weeks on my last 2 withdrawals.
 
Some Positive News

Hi Everyone; Well, as previously stated, I requested a withdrawal from CWC Via ACH (US Player) and Voila, I now have $800 bucks in my bank. I for one will be continuing to play at CWC because everytime I have pressed the "talk live with a rep" button, I get someone within 60 seconds. Also, the same with phone support (cashier included). The only bump was that I got declined for my ACH due to not having my bank info, but after telling them that they indeed had it, they apologized that it had not been put into the system yet. (my first withdrawal from them). Just figured it is nice to hear some good news in what seems to be volatile times.
