I HAVE HAD OPEN ACCOUNTS AT MANY OF THE CASINOS IN THE CWC GROUP DATING BACK TO 2005. These were my go to casinos after other accredited ones no longer "fit the bill."

In light of the High Noon discussion I decided to update my account info for CWC which was seriously overdue. Due to health reasons I had been absent from the gambling scene for about 30 months. With health restored, I decided to deposit and play recently.

After logging into my account I decided to deposit. Because I moved since I last deposited, my account info was old and not up to date. After depositing, the system asked me to verify my info.

My address and phone number had changed, so I updated those fields with current info. I had had a land line but now only had a cell phone. That cell number replaced the land line that had been in the phone number field.

TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY I was asked a series of "challenge questions." That was successful, my account was now current and I was ready to play some slots.

I can add that these steps did not require live chat, just the cashier program available to anyone with an account at CWC.

All in all it was "easy peasy" and took very little time. A success in my mind and a good reason why this is an accredited casino.

Chances are that you're going to end up having to scan and send copies of any updated docs before you'll be able to withdraw. Probably at least a recent utility bill.

Always best to update especially after the highnoon thread, Im glad it did not put you of playing there, gl 4 wins

Hi All,

If you have any problem updating your account or have any doubts you can always PM your user name and I will make sure that all is in order.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

hi most players within your casino are not members here , yes this all good for members here ,but however i would point out all the hassle with your group concerning a players funds to which was not paid even after they did have contact with the player .lets not forget this (

Mrjones, Are you a CWC player?

Please don't take this the wrong way, but, I do believe that case has been settled.

It may not have been settled to some players satisfaction but settled just the same.

Do, I think they lost possible deposits? ( at least from shaky) Yes.

But, it is their business, and, it is their rules.

Anything more on this particular incident it is like beating a dead horse.

I have played their group for several years and have never had any major problem

that they wouldn't work with me on.

Played at Lucky Red this weekend. No I didn't cash out, but, I still trust them.

To each his own, I guess.

i do not disagree but still .................. im not here to fight anyone just pointing out that were the lucky players because of casino meister , there are plently of other players out there whome are going to get the same problems with CWC.

It's a good idea to keep your information updated at all casinos, accredited or not.

I made a withdrawal from one of the 32Red casinos near the beginning of this year and realized when I was ready to make my withdrawal that I had outdated information. I asked live support if they had to change it and they told me I could do it myself.

After that I went back and checked the few other casinos I have installed just to make sure my info was up to date. Even if you're pretty sure the casino isn't going to make a stink about it, it's still better for the casino to have current information for security purposes.
