CWC down for anyone else?

Just checking, I was in the middle of playing and when I went back to the lobby I got all kinds of error messages. Went to reload and it said there was a New Lobby Version now I get nothing on the download version or the Flash version. I like to check with folks because you never know if it's your computer or they are having issues. Thanks guys....PS, I was getting ready to cash out a little bit! That figures!
 
it is, spoke to Live chat. they confirmed its down and techs working on it.
looks like they trying to get new game in, as I got the message "new lobby installed" and then client frozed
 
Has anyone cashed out anything since this mess started, what, a month ago?

I have had terrible luck with CWC lately.

They have what I think is the best RTG customer service and deposit/withdrawal options but.........

When I play there (any of them), I feel like I am beating a dead horse trying to get any kind of win at all.

yes I have cashed out within the last month with no issues may 12 paymycard
 
I use PayMyCard also and they processed mine the following morning after my cashout. I did just manage to cash out $400 so I'm pretty happy, I left a little in my account to play on. This is the first time in a while I've cashed out, I've been on a huge losing streak so it felt GOOD. Now hopefully it's out of my account by tomorrow, fingers crossed!
 
Hi All,

Just to confirm that we had planned RTG maintenance yesterday for approximately 1 hour. I do apologize that some of you couldn't play at the time.

All is back to normal and running as expected.

Hi shannyls,

It seems as this was some isolated case. I checked the casino download myself and all works fine, also no other customers reported a problem.

Please inform me if you still receiving this error message. You may need to reinstall the software.
