I would like to know if anyone has experience that a Casino will accept your MasterCard or Visa card and get the approval in less than 30 Sec. However if you win and try to cash out they will tell you that they can't credit the card back. I have been a long time user of a prosessor for CC and when my company has to make a return/or Credit to a clients card it is done in the same fashion as getting the approval. My point is that If a site will not credit back your card then they should post it before they process your request. It just seems strange that they make all kinds of excuses as to why the will not credit your card back. E.G. USA banks will not issue a credit to a card well that is hog wash. They will issue process your credit/refund up to the amount that was charged by a "SITE". If they give an approval they will also issue a credit. To me this is some of the stuff that players are fed up with. Just my feelings that any and all online sites either should be streight forward and tell the client up front before they take their credit card. Sorry if I posted to a wrong area before still a newbie to this:)

For me I find that on 90% of sites the money is refunded to the card I deposit with.

The only sites I use which differ are the cryptos (Ritz, Totalbet etc)

My crypto sites have 3 different cards registered and the money goes back to a random card out of the 3 every time.

The deposits at all sites I use are approved in less than 30 secs also.

Visa and Mastercard

I am in the States, and I cannot use either card anywhere. They think that they are preventing me from using the card for gambling, but if I wanted to I could always take a cash advance, put it in my bank, and then use instacash.
The only casino that took my card was the Wager 21 group, and I didn't have to worry about getting a credit back, since they stiffed me out of my winnings at the Ladydream casino, So be warned: Evcn though they take a credit card, don't play there!

Have you checked out Entropay (.com) ? May be a solution.

Duke, just out of curiousity, are you having this problem at all casinos you play at, or just Futurebet? I notice you're in the Phillipines, maybe that has something to do with it. It seems the UK players don't have problems, but the US ones do....not sure if your location plays a part in it?

In Germany they don't credit back to Mastercard but I believe to Visa. I am not sure but I think it depends on credit card company policy. I usually pay with Mastercard but withdraw to Neteller. BTW, Neteller doesn't accept deposits by Mastercard but by Visa.

Pinababy69 No Isaw a player that had a problem on here

I saw a player that had a problem on here asking for his 700.00 dollars to be credited back to their card. I know that in US where I also have a home as well as here in the Philippines. I was just curious if anyone had a problem I have not been lucky enough to cash yet at any site but before I get in to deep I just wanted to make sure that Credit Cards will be credited back. It's very hard to tell where some of these sites are located and no its not a Futurebet site I will stay away from them as suggested by many people.

Thanks so much for your help!!!!

Roxy Palace

I haven't heard of this casino. How are they? Are they a microgaming casino? I am fairly new to all of this, so please bear with me. Thanks.

Microgaming... Great support and the best 'ongoing' loyalty bonuses I've come across. They're no 32RED in terms of the nice 'no strings' personal deposits you get chucked in your account every now and again, but they've got a great ongoing %age bonus scheme where you get money back on your play.

Check out www.oggs.com (Simmo's site) for a full review etc... Or indeed no doubt they are accredited here.

Sorry, I didn't see this post when I posted the following to the other thread:

I think the reason you can't refund credit card purchases at some casinos any more is because the banks and credit card companies are treating these "purchases" as what they really are cash advances. If you use your credit card at an ATM to make a cash advance, you can't turn around and put it back in you're stuck with the higher interest rate, which is of course in the best interest (literally!) of the banks and credit card companies.

I don't remember where I saw it but it was in the Terms and Conditions at some online casino. I'll see if I can find a link to more info about this.

Credit Cards

Visa and Master Card give each company a certain amount of money they can refund. It could be based on amount of money processed or dunno which factors...

The thing is that a lot of companies will not refund your card. As a matter of fact, they will love their customers using anything but credit cards.

For me, if you are a us citizen the best option is to use instacash, however use it on a site where they reimbure the 8.9%

The other option is www.instadebit.com... they are the best. Visit them and you will see why I think like this.

Most credit card don't treat gambling transactions as cash advances (at least not yet), but Mastercard does not allow refunds to credit cards. Visa allows unlimited refunds to credit cards in certain countries, including the UK. You also have to realise that primary purpose of the credit cards is to make it easier for the consumers to spend, refunds are the exception.
