Sheesh! I deposited $20 and am cashing out $75. Not a terribly enormous withdrawal. I went to their Live Help and got someone right away, I asked to have the 24-hour waiting period flushed, to not credit my account with the automatic 5% bonus, and what documents they need from me to cash out (because it's my first withdrawal). He told me I needed to send an email for this.

Okay, here's what I sent them:
Hello,

I recently made a deposit to my account and made a cashout and I am requesting that the 5% deposit bonus not be credited to my account so that I am not subject to wagering requirements, and that the 24-hour grace period for this withdrawal be flushed.

Since this is my first withdrawal, I understand you will need some documents from me. Please let me know what you need and who to email these to.

Thanks in advance
Two hours later I receive their response:

Dear SlotsJunkie,

Thank you for contacting us.

We have received your request to remove the bonus. We also need you to confirm if you would like to be permanently removed from the bonus list so you will not be subject to the wagering requirements in future or if you only want to be removed for this cashin only.

Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards

How convenient, the only part they read was the part about me not wanting the bonus! Here was my reply:

Thank you. I would like the bonus to be removed for this cashin only.

Do you need documents from me to process the cashin or is that only necessary for large withdrawals?

Also, how long should it take before the withdrawal will reach my NETeller account?

Thanks in advance
Three hours and counting since I replied... knock knock... anyone there?

The irony of the situation is, the 24 hour grace period will have passed before they even flippin' respond to me. I understand their goal is to make the "reversal" option appealing in hopes that the player will gamble it all away, but come on, this is ridiculous. I've deposited (and LOST) over $1,000 at this casino in the past couple of months, and this is the thanks I get???

Want to deposit? No problem, right away! Want to withdraw? We might get back to you at our not-so-earliest convenience.

So I ask you all, which casinos have instant withdrawals? Effective immediately I am boycotting slow-paying operations such as this one. I noticed Casino Extreme offers no-BS withdrawals, which is RTG. Are there any MG casinos that can handle instant withdrawals?

SlotsJunkie, if you take a look in one of Simmo's posts, in his sig at the bottom, he has a very well put together page of casinos listed by withdrawal times. Click that link and it should take you right there. I believe the only Micros that offer true "instant" withdrawals are the CasinoProfit Share group, which is Golden Palace, Music Hall, UK Casino Club, Challenge Casino and the newest one Nostalgia. Make sure you read the terms though, as there are restrictions. I believe that you have to have deposited a certain amount, and via Neteller only.

32Red offers extremely fast, no bullshit cashouts as well, but not instant. And sometimes they process over the weekend, sometimes not..it depends.

Click Simmo's link, and you should find all the info you need. Hope that helps.

That does help, thank you! I gave CV a call and basically it will take about a week to get my measly low-roller $75, lol. I have to fill out some form that I don't have, and fax it to them along with my ID and a "utility bill".

I am a little concerned about that one - all the utilities (electricity, cable, phone, etc.) are in my roommate's name. Will they accept a bank statement instead? Car insurance bill? College loan bill? Tax return? Social Security statement? Paycheck stub? Credit card offer? I am, after all, preapproved! :D

LOL....I'd think a bank statement should be fine. Just make sure to black out any info you don't want them having. All they need is the name and address really, I think.

That's what I figured. I have a scanned copy of my bank statement with the "none-of-their-damned-business" information blurred out like they do with faces on TV.

I think you'll find that's Golden REEF, not a mistake to be making when depositing!

For new players the Instant withdrawal can be used twice up to $500 (or 500) each in any 7 days.

This improves with status, and at Platinum it is $2,500 every DAY!
At this level, it is rarely a problem unless you hit big after making your allowed cash-in.
As far as I know, this is the ONLY MG to offer this, and it really IS "instant" - only delayed by the internet (and Neteller maintenance).
Once the page comes up with "done", it is ALREADY IN NETELLER, not an hour later.

Shit, shit, shit.....50 lashes with a wet noodle for me. Damn, thanks for the clarification VWM, a vitally important one. SlotsJunkie....Reef, not Palace.

Eh!

Thank you both for the good information!

I think I have found my new homes:

MG - 32Red and/or Music Hall
RTG - Casino Extreme:confused:
Playtech - dream on

:)

I thought Casino Extreme had issues, are they OK now? (or am I confusing the name with someone else). What group are they in, and how fast do they pay?

PS:
Do they have scoreboards for tournament promotions?

I'm not sure... I hope they're good! Someone in a different thread mentioned how they made a withdrawal from them and it was in their NETeller within 5 minutes. I think this is how all online casinos should operate and I'm surprised that, 6 years into the 21st century, this is not the norm.

Anyway..... more stall tactics from VPL. 10 hours after my second email, I receive this:
Dear Player,

Thank you for your interest and support in Crazy Vegas at Vegas Partner
Lounge.

You cashin is still in the 24 hour holding period. Can you please reverse the
cashin back into your casino account and then e-mail us requesting to take out the bonus.

Then once we have taken out the bonus you can do the cashin.

Hope this meets with your approval.

George

WTF! I did not receive a bonus, I wanted to make sure that I didn't, and my first email seems to have taken care of that. Hence there is no bonus for them to "take out". And I am definitely not reversing the cashin so that the ridiculous 24-hour holding period resets!

What is going on down there? Are they not capable of reading the previous emails? And I find it hard to believe that they have a 10-hour backlog of emails to go through.

<sigh>

I signed up at this place because they were "Casinomeister's Group of the Year 2004" but I guess a lot can change in 2 years time. Hopefully I can get paid before my country finishes banning online gambling.

Honestly...if there is one thing that really pisses me off about online casinos, this is it! CAN THEY READ??? I have had this happen to me countless times at all different casinos. For the love of Pete, READ THE WHOLE EMAIL!!!

There is also Ladbrokes but US players (or those from Germany, Netherlands, Australia, Hong Kong, France or Pluto) aren't accepted. Shame, cos Ladbrokes also offer instant withdrawal on cards too (obviously it's subject to your bank's BACS processing time though). Not to mention the fact they support paypal! Its down to each player - you can withdraw straightaway or transfer it into another Ladrokes account like Poker or Sportsbook. It's their own banking system and while it's a bit complicated maybe for the newbie, it's the best. Makes it the only Microgaming casino with an "optional" / no Reverse Withdrawal function  The only real downside is that you have to cash back out to the same method you deposited as.

Pina is otherwise right - of the MG casinos, these [Casino Action] are the only ones that offer instant Neteller now Aztec Riches and Phoenician have gone to Casino Rewards. I suspect more will add it in time. There are withdrawal limits, depending on your VIP status, but the basic level is available to everyone (I think its $500 twice a week at Level 1, rising to $2,500 daily for the top tier). I think it's fab as it encourages loyalty...it's great to know that you can have your cash back so quick and I'm surprised more aren't doing it.

Also worth noting is that while most of the time it is "instant", it can take up to 6 hours depending on occasional technical circumstances. Outside of these the closest you'll probably get is iNetbet (RTG) who process back manually every 2-12 hours (weekdays).

Slotsjunkie,

I can see you're in USA. Why don't you call them toll free 1-800-567-2360 (or 888-652-3987) and resolve all the issues over the phone. I don't understand why to wait 2-3 hours and make a big deal out of nothing.

Here are the steps I took after entering my withdrawal:

1. Went into live help, requested the flush. Was told I needed to send an email to do this.

2. Sent an email requesting that, as well as that the automatic bonus not be credited, and asked what documents they need from me to process the withdrawal.

3. Received an email saying that they have received my request to remove the bonus, and would I like to never receive bonuses again.

4. Replied to the email saying thanks and asked again what they need from to process the payout.

5. I called them up and was told that I needed to send an email. I informed them that 5 hours had passed since I had sent my second email. I could barely understand what he was saying, but he did tell me that they would need a photo ID, utility bill and some form faxed to them. The form itself is nowhere to be found on their web site.

6. I received an email from them this morning asking me to reverse the withdrawal so that they can remove the bonus which was never deposited.

7. I emailed them my photo ID, bank statement, and asked for a copy of the form.

Still waiting for a reply.

Furthermore, one of the CasinoMeister's cardinal rules is to GET IT IN WRITING. I could call them up and they could say anything they want just to get me off the phone, but once I hang up where is the proof? Email is the better option in the long run.

That's just as well. I'm not sure how comfortable I would feel playing at a place that has the word "broke" in their name! :what: :D

Just kidding of course.... I hear nothing but good things about them.

SIMMO

Ladbrokes is no longer instant withdrawals to neteller they now have a 6 hours withdrawal time to neteller. Just happened last few days ago not happy with this at all.

I'm not an affiliate and I'm not advocating CrazyVegas where I palyed once a long time ago. But from my experince it's much faster to call any casino to resolve any issue including bonuses which most casinos credit right away while you're on a phone and avoid any miscomunication problem. That's correct that sometimes we have problem understanding what they're saying but we have a luxary to stay on a phone as long as we want or ask for another operator to make sure the issue is resolved. I never had any withdrawal problem at any casino (those rare times when i do withdraw) even my withdrawal usually more than thousand dollars sometimes several thousand. If it's accredited casino what do you have to be afraid of? If you'd like to have everything written why don't you use live chat.
About withdrawal time. If you read CrazyVegas banking page it says withdrawal times for Neteller(which is usually is the fastest method comparing to any other) is 1-5 days after 24 hours pending period. If you don't like it you can always play in any other casino and can find much faster withdrawal time. But if you already played there don't complain about how slow they are processing your withdrawal.

Oh and another thing. I'm pretty sure they're not going to have a good night sleep waiting for you to reverse your $75 withdrawal. Be firm, don't give up so at least you can have some satisfaction knowing they had a miserable night. :)

I have no choice but to agree with you there!

Something's rotten in the State of VPL Land...

I have been subjected to a very similar runaround by Cinema Casino. It used to be my best-loved MG casino, and I have promoted it here a few times when favourite casinos have been mentioned.

Not any more. Trying to get my recent winnings from them was a nightmare which took almost a month. First of all, they didn't seem to know which casino I was playing at - kept telling me I was playing at Crazy Vegas, no matter how many times I informed them otherwise.

Then they wanted more documentation from me, even though I have cashed out previously. And the fact that I am a VIP member, and a very loyal customer of at least two years, who has deposited large sums of money seemed to account for nada nada nada!

Even when I sent the required documentation in, I was constantly asked for it all over again. And again. And again. No matter how many times I emailed them to point out that they must have received it, as the reply was from the memo with the relevant attachments in it.

Like everyone else, I really really wish they would read through the entire email before responding to just the first or last sentence, or whatever bit of the email they deemed appropriate to comment on. Absolutely infuriating.

So yesterday, nearly a month later I finally got paid. However I thought I would give them once last chance, and decided to deposit last night using Neteller - only to find my Neteller account locked. Contacted CS via live chat, and was told that I had two accounts, of which one was locked and the other was not. WTF???? :what:

CS seemed totally clueless and could not explain how a deposit could have been made yesterday to a locked Neteller account. This little game went on for about 10 minutes, until I was then informed that only Microgaming could unlock a locked Neteller account.

This thread, combined with all the aggro and arrogance I have been subjected to over the past month is enough to make me say 'Enuff!!!' When a good casino goes rotten, it really does it in style.

So it's goodnight and goodbye, Cinema Casino and VPL, from a previously very loyal customer.

It's "up to" 6 hours I think you'll find Denny. Probably depends on the time you cashout I'd guess.

WTF ! Did you ask Neteller if this was Your Neteller Account or Microgamings ?

Did CS at Neteller tell you this or CS at Cinema Casino ?

That does not even make any sense. What if you had only ever played at RTG casinos, then would Microgaming still be the only one to be able to unlock your Neteller account ?

HateMG said:

The first condition to becoming an accredited casino states the following:
They must be able to take care of any player issue swiftly and professionally
After my first email I received a reply in 2 hours. After my second email it took 8 hours. After my third email it's been 12 hours and counting. To me, this does not qualify as swift but I accept the possibility that your dictionary has a different definition than mine.

The first paragraph of the first post on page 1 of this thread has the answer to this question.

I appreciate your "concern" for my low-roller winnings. Over the past few months, I have invested over $1,000 in Crazy Vegas without ever making a withdrawal. So now I am playing smarter, and regardless of how many digits in this particular deposit and withdrawal, a 275% profit is still decent in my book.

Question

Isn't Crazy Vegas part of the same group of 7 Sultans and Poker time???

If they are.. .I totally understand the begining of this thread.

These people are nice... WHEN YOU CAN CONTACT THEM... which is very hard, they are good people but lazy as hell.

The minute I realised there was a problem, I contacted Neteller to make sure that the problem was not their end, as I had a lockout problem once before, when Neteller translated my IP address as being used in the Netherlands, and they were suspicious that there may have been fraudulent activity on it. They soon accepted that the IP address was in fact from the UK. But this time, my Neteller account was fine.

That does not even make any sense. What if you had only ever played at RTG casinos, then would Microgaming still be the only one to be able to unlock your Neteller account ?

All the problems, and the clueless answers, were from VPL CS. My initial question to them was: What does Microgaming have to do with any of this? They are the software provider, but it is the Casino which is responsible for methods of allowable depositing. Then VPL CS insisted that I had two Neteller accounts - one locked and one open, and all I had to do was to deposit to the open account.

Seems more and more probable that it is a bug somewhere, which they need to sort out, but I resent being overridden in everything I was saying, and having the problem thrown back at me as being my problem. Or, to put it another way, not being believed. (Polite term! )
