I sanitised my hands upon entry and when had to stand in line to get my food was told I must again even tho me and belle touched nothing...

The look alone I gave this silly twat whom told me to do this again was enough to make him tittle back off to the staff room to tell ‘karen’ no doubt.

hardly got any decent shopping Done as people where walking around like zombies, I’ll go again early doors Saturday morning...

I ran a truckload of errands yesterday, a Best Buy return, food shoppping, clothes shopping; about id guess, maybe 10 or so stores.

Really, nothing seemed much different barring things took a few minutes more but that's about it really.

OMG, UK in recession. What a total shock. Literally amazing, how could this be, WTF says the financial experts, they can offer no explanation at all!!

Im scratching my head to, dont understand how we have gone from a steadily growing economy to a 20% drop in GDB.

Oh hold on, its coming back to me, we had a lockdown, a lockdown that IMO was totally unnecessary, has put nearly a million people out of work, will likely put another 2 million people out of work, will cause at least 300,000 excess deaths from untreated cancer, heart conditions, a further 100,000 from depression/loneliness. And all for a virus that would have killed roughly the same number per million had we not locked down at all (Ref Sweden)

Great show UK, I know, lets lockdown again, and make 4 million people unemployed, and another million people die from non covid related illnesses.

I seriously struggle to understand how folk take this so seriously. It was downgraded from a pandemic by the UK way back in March if I recall the date correctly? Now they have been forced into reducing the official death numbers laughably by 5000 to exclude those who died "28 days or longer after a positive virus test".
What about all of the others that they fudged into the figures?
They have blatantly fiddled the figures and are still doing so after being forced into making concessions to them so why are folk still trusting this fear porn?
People buy into this shit still?

Got to think what it would have been like if we hadnt locked down,no one knows but it was it was the only
defence we had at the time.Got to say though that the government has fucked it up from day 1,ignored
all the evidence in march and were very late in acting.Since then there has been no real stratagy,
social distance regulations have been widely ignored and not seriously enforced.
Maybe the lockdown did nothing to stem infections but the countries who strictly enforced it have fared
better that those who didnt.It is a fine balancing act, the economy is vital and must a priority but a second
wave this winter could bugger everything up again.Our only hope of long term confidence has to be a vaccine.

Some of participants had to be excluded because they either were unable to drink to required amount or it was not enough (some went out to drink more when they were suppose to stay in their hotel rooms and report they findings in the morning).

the after-effects can be enormous for those that survive and lfe-long

and currently, no vaccine
