Just a heads up for anyone who wishes to take this on board. I was feeling pretty unwell for near two weeks and I got to the point of calling for advice. I've been taking a combo of Hydroxychloroquine and Zinc tablets together for about a week and it feels like my lung capacity has not been as good for very many years.

But your right about the NHS the many are going to suffer for the few,how many lives is this going to cost in the long run thru mental health and debt issues ETC.
I don’t care what anyone says about the death figures they are all up the left how many elderly people are admitted to hospital every day with respiratory problems?? I’d say thousands and I guarantee you these people are being classed as having the virus.

The figures are fudged massively in regards to deaths, my ex’s dad died the week before last due to a heart attack yet corona was added as a factor.
Yes it’s serious, serious to the economy and not collapsing the nhs for years.
People need to start to get back to work, we don’t all have loads in the bank and can work from home.
The massive majority whom need hospital treatment or sadly die are over 60 and have underlying medical issues...or both.
Another 3 weeks of this and people will genuinely start to get pissed off.
I do think the three weeks touted we will see in the meantime slowly certain restrictions lifted.
As for the police.. the rainbow brigade, utterly shameful how some have behaved (not all) but it’s no wonder people don’t trust them anymore.
They are shit hot on social distancing guidelines which are not actually law, yet they where MIA on grooming gangs.

In Belgium we add everyone who dies in a retirement home as "passed away due to COVID". This is massively impacting the numbers: yesterday 154 people passed away in retirement homes. Right now of all those who died in retirement homes during this epidemic (2926) 4.1% of them were confirmed to have passed away with primary cause COVID. All the other deaths are "presumed".

I can understand that due to the added pressure of this situation on medical personnel and not having enough tests when this whole ordeal started not everyone has been tested in due time but just adding everyone to the pile, so to speak, doesn't make sense to me. If you look at our stats more people in retirement homes have passed away due to COVID than actually tested positive (2926 vs 1666).

We must be the only country in the world just adding every death in a retirement home to the amount of COVID deaths. Trump was happily using our stats in his presser last night

Regarding the care homes in the uk, the elderly people living in them aren't going out, they're isolated with no visitors therefore it can only be that the staff have been infecting them, which is a terrible failing of the system, I'm sure the top scientists in the world could've got together and created a quick test, really what you want the WHO to do, coordinate that process. The germans have been testing and in south korea and yet in the uk we're repeatedly told all the available tests aren't up to scratch. [or the uk standards..more convenient BS just like the advice re masks]

What percentage is Dr Tegnell talking about?

It's been said that atleast 60% has to be immune to be able to talk about herd immunity. It would surprise me if 60% of Stockholm's population would be immune in a month but I like to be surprised. I think it was posted in here by @ternur that about 15% (?) of people tested in Santa Clara County had antibodies but that's with a lockdown in place.

It just does not fit with the media driven folk who can not even be bothered to make any comment about the facts that have so far been posted about Kill Gates and his past.
Nothing mentioned about the Deaths on the hands of the leader of the WHO.
I could go on and on.
But mostly I have tried to post stuff more reasuring. Like death rates. Like how to ensure you boost you immunity.Like how the figures should give them optimism that it will not get them.
Sweden's approach was one with taking it as another flu type thing. Swedens government requested that they respect distancing and staying at home.
Look at the result.
Stay being conned.
They are letting our elderly die. Our vulnerable die.
Those at home with cancer die without treatment planned. Children who have things they will die from without ongoing care.
What is their agenda?
People die every day. Most elderly who die of old age do die with their lungs filled and we all could be tested with the corona virus. They have no way of testing for this specific virus.
Go ahead. Fool yourselves.

One has to ask which is better. Achieving herd immunity through infection or vaccination? Both have a price tag. And it seems to be unclear how effective getting immunity by infection actually is with this virus (and how long it lasts).
