Idiots I ended up with an adult Caution from the police when the dicks were running about with clown masks ,took my granddaughter to the park a car drove past with a dick hanging out the passenger window shouting at people.
He proceeded to have my granddaughter in tears what he didn’t bank on was the bus pulled in on his side of the road with road works on the other and him unable to go anywhere I approached the car he puts his window up and removes the mask and locks the door and called the cops.

I couldn't think of anything better to do with proccessed cheese squares

Found this one that has a bit of a chili-kick to it.

Oh. Now I can buy processed cheese to throw that includes a kick!

* Disclaimer. I do not ever advocate violence or the throwing of dairy products at anyone

I have just written in my diary to find the date of this Swedish lasses next UK visit so I can attend armed with Craft cheese squares and attempt to catch her face while carefully taking aim :p
Not cool.

For new readers, there are other brands of cheese out there

They say that smoking kills, well given the evidence from the Lancet today, if you smoke you increase your chance of death dramatically when catching this disease. Now is the time to give up!

Next week we should see some data from China on which medications have shown positive results in easing symptoms.

But that goes for any type of cold or flu. It is a respiratory virus.

PS. Why are torys implicated in so many things that are bad for us?

Looks like I am totally buggered if I catch it, smoke like a chimney, heart disease, got results from
a blood test yesterday, got sodding diabetes now.Think i will blow my gambling budget while i can

NHS has declared the virus as being a level 4 incidence, which is the highest level
Our local CCG is having it's first Coronavirus meeting tomorrow, we have been told at work to take our laptops home in case we can't get in.

As for the level 4 this is so they are prepared and everyone is warned it isn't because of the current number of cases they cannot keep putting people into specialist units if numbers increase there isn't the space.

Damn. I might need to make new plans for spring/summer this year. Concerts being cancelled or postponed, travel restrictions may come in force.

If I'm going to miss the Slam, it will be hard hit. The CM "I'm currently listening to..." -thread will not survive it.

All the people panicing look at it this way there are 90,000 cases worldwide that is just full capacity at Wembley stadium that is it.

That's true. It's just the ways they are trying to contain it what messes up people's lives.

I don't fear catching it. I fear I will not be given a chance to enter a country or attend a show because of it.

I don’t know about the smoking but one things for sure this should give people a wake up call about their personal hygiene, things are about to get a lot cleaner

This website is very good and shows how overblown some of the coverage is only 3 countries have cases over 282 and no country except China has had any more deaths than 79.

People need to calm down and look at the facts if it is controlled it can be contained even Hong Kong and Singapore are very low numbers.

The media have failed to notice the big drop in numbers in China yesterday China had just 38 new cases

I thought this was going to be similar to the avian flu scare but yesterday i received a text message from my doctors outlining what to do if you have symptoms.

Dont recall getting anything similar from the NHS before.

Edit: Heres what it said:

This is a message sent to all patients for information and is not specific to you.
Have you travelled abroad recently, or have concerns re Coronavirus.

If you still have concerns then call NHS111. Do not attend the GP surgery, Pharmacy or Hospital.

Guess they are just trying to be cautious without alarming people.

Not received anything like that myself tho.

But after today i wish my doctor put things a bit better lol. Had blood took Monday was phoned yesterday as needed to get it redone as result was very high. Took retest this morning and told hopefully get results back this afternoon but nothing to worry about till results are back.

Then Doctor says tho if you feel really bad at all in the meantime go straight to hospital:laugh: . Like that sounds like nothing to worry about.

GPs have little empathy for patients it is a sad fact.

5 years of working in a gp surgery and i saw very little patient care they only care about money and too much paperwork
GPS are immune most of them to feelings.

Could we reform it and make it better? was it different in the olden days...I wonder if people use to get govt grants to study to become a GP, and then the university loan system has made them more money orientated and hard nosed like a business really.

Too much paperwork is true, people rightly complain at the EU for this approach but our civil service leaders aren't much better I fear.

GP system needs an overhaul, private partnership doing Nhs work doesn't work, staff are not classed as nhs so get minimum wage. GP have no incentive to do a good job and just get frustrated with trying to make a business profitable with little option to make a profit.

GP's were very different in the 80's. Every family had what i would call a proper doctor. Home visits, friendly, caring and in it for the love of the job.

Too many GP's now are in it for the money. Once i was reduced to despair on the phone to my GP regarding ongoing problems with my Mum. Never saw a home visit. Apparently they cover an area on a kind of shift pattern nowadays so you could end up with a different GP if you can work the miracle of getting one out. But to be honest i could list many failings personally experienced and/or witnessed.

I know i sound like im banging an old drum but cant help thinking its another system set up for making money over the benefit of mankind.

Though i am sure there are still some good apples left if you can find them. I house shared with a couple of student doctors and one was brilliant. Young lad with the world at his feet and just wanted to be a doctor more than anything. Went to work in a hospital in Kensington i think. He would have made a great GP.

I've never trusted all this private partnership baloney, seems to cost more than how things were done in the past, it may work in certain areas but not health services to the public surely, profit is just going to come from the NHS pot anyhow to pay for the whole service, and then we have to have longer waiting lists etc...

A lot of my practice's GPs all retired recently [3-4 years] something happened they don't like

The NHS is good overall, I wouldn't want to see it disappear, just wish we could run it better. Was the NHS always organised into local trusts when it started out, a lot of problems and debts seem to emanate from these trusts .

I couldn't believe these pics from the daily mail, I don't blame people for being scared, but doing this everytime you use a bus or train in the uk  I'm waiting for it to be a storyline in eastenders, amazing how they're immune from anything that goes on in london or the country, have they ever mentioned brexit, london riots, knife crime etc

[ I don't actually watch that tripe but anyone who does please enlighten me]

What the media is peddling is pure scaremongering and all the NHS and their ilk are doing is having to inform people of basic hygiene guidelines. Seems too many people are apathetic to ever contracting anything and happy to go on recreational trips abroad without so much as concern about viruses or bringing anything back with them.

Also sad that the Great Unwashed need to be told to wash their hands throughout the day and be wary of transmitting germs and viruses this way. It's no big secret or achievement to avoid direct contact with people that cough and sneeze away with reckless abandon, in this season especially. So even better if people stopped the hyperbole and just acknowledged that there'll always be filthy people about with no regards for others.

Nothing to see here
