*It was a one sentence example without even naming “Trump” within a very long post, but that is what you zoned in on. Why do you have a compulsion to defend this man no matter how slight or deserved the criticism? He is not synonymous with conservative values. The two can be separated.*
Anyways, I didn't infer. I paraphrased exactly what the surviving woman said. She was interviewed by NBC news from her hospital bed in the ICU (see below). The sole reason she granted the interview was to caution people so no one else dies.
She may have saved lives too because according to the New York Times, prices for the fish-tank additive have skyrocketed on eBay since that White House press briefing on March 20th.

NBC: Were you guys concerned about the Coronavirus?
AZ Woman in ICU: "Yes, very. We were afraid of getting sick."
NBC: Did you see the President's press conference? Where did you hear about--
AZ woman: "Yeah. Yeah, we saw his press conference. It was on a lot, actually."
NBC: And then did you seek out Chloroquine?
AZ Woman: "I had it in the house because I used to have koi fish. I just saw it sitting on the back shelf and said, ‘Hey, isn’t that that stuff they’re talking about on TV?’”
NBC: Did you at any point hear that the FDA had not approved of it for coronavirus purposes or--?
AZ Woman: "Yeah. But you know they kept saying that it was approved for other things...Trump kept saying it was basically pretty much a cure."
NBC: What would be your message to the American public?
AZ Woman: "Oh my God. Don't take anything. Don't believe anything. Don’t believe anything that the President says & his people 'cause they don't know what they're talking about. Call your doctor."

Keep in mind this couple were Trump supporters and they believed and trusted in him completely. (Sound familiar?) You can't deny that if Trump hadn't talked up Chloroquine on live TV as a tremendous, incredible miracle drug, this woman's husband would still be alive.
Of course, one could argue that these people should take personal responsibility, no one told them to ingest fish tank cleaner. But what about leadership and government responsibility? He is the leader of a powerful nation - his words have a long reach and carry a lot of weight. No doubt, Trump knows this. I don’t think he’s a murderer but he isn’t completely blameless either.
"With great power comes great responsibility irresponsibility."
- There, fixed it for Trump.
Done. No more Trump in this thread from me.
