Meister,
I saw your little ad above for All Jackpot's special Casinomeister bonus and was very interested as I've not played there before.
I followed your link, and advice about reading T&C's (As if I wouldn't! ;) ) and got a page with these T&C's:

* Welcome Bonus minimum wagering requirements:-
Once the bonus has been granted, players will be required to wager the minimum deposit plus bonus amounts at least twenty (20) times before making a withdrawal. For example, players who deposit $25 will be required to wager a total of 20x($25+$75) = $2,000 prior to withdrawing. Players who deposit $50 will be required to wager a total of 20x($50+$200) = $5,000 prior to withdrawing.
Danish players must wager the bonus amount at least thirty times prior to withdrawing.
Wagers placed on all forms of Power Poker, Video Poker, Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic-Bo and Baccarat will not be deemed as fulfilling the promotion's minimum wagering requirements.
Only ONE real account per household is permitted. If you already have an account at All Jackpots Casino, you are NOT eligible for this offer.
Click here to view the Welcome Bonus full terms & conditions.
Seems clear enough - but then I clicked the link for full T&C's and found this!
Minimum Wager Requirements:-
Please note that you must wager at least twenty (20) times on slots games only prior to withdrawing. For example, players who deposit $25 will be required to wager a total of 20x($25+$75) = $2,000 prior to withdrawing. Players who deposit $50 will be required to wager a total of 20x($50+$200) = $5,000 prior to withdrawing.
Wagers placed on games other than slots will not be included towards the minimum wagering requirements.
So on the first page it says it is NOT a slots-only bonus - but on the next page it says it IS!

Could you get some clarification on this for us please? ;)
Thanks, KK.

I called them and asked if they consider VP a slot....no. But they did tell me three card poker and a few other table games are included. I wish they would've included VP but I'm game to try some slots...I'll let you know how it goes.

Hi all,

I'm the Operations Manager at Jackpot Factory Casinos, of which All Jackpots is a member.

First of all, my apologies for the confusion caused by this issue. Our new welcome bonus is a slots-only bonus, as reflected on the main Terms and Conditions page. Due to human error, the special Casinomeister page contained incorrect information, which has now been fixed.

However, this was entirely our fault and, as a result, all new players who signed up via the Casinomeister site and deposited before the error was fixed (2am EST February 2nd) will have the original Terms and Conditions applied to them. That means that in addition to slots, 3 Card Poker, Cyberstud Poker, Bonus Paigow, Poker Pursuit and Keno will also be accepted as fulfilling the wagering requirements.

Apologies once again for the error. On another note, we'd love to hear any comments on the new site and software.

Regards,

Operations Manager
Jackpot Factory

That's fair enough for those who joined already - but what about me? :(
How about extending this offer to me for pointing out your minor slip? ;)
(I'm unlikely to join up for slots only - but then, maybe you would prefer it if I didn't! )

Tempting offer! I'm a member of All Slots already, but I'm happy to give this one a crack too... Slots only suits me fine :D

Is it ok to take advantage of this offer if I'm already a member of All Slots?

Cheers in advance!

Slotster,

From the Announcement on the 'Meister's page:

This offer is open only to Casinomeister players who register on this dedicated page and who have never registered an account at All Jackpots before.

I'm not a member of All Jackpots though..(Well I am now actually, but I wasn't up to a couple of hours ago) I am however a member of All Slots, which is in the same group I believe! I'm just a bit paranoid following my Get Minted/Virgin experience this morning :D (See 'complaints' forum)

I've signed up and applied. I'm sure I'll be fine.

Sorry, still too early after a late night last night. :eek2:

I didn't see the name difference. :notworthy

Don't worry about it! At least it fits in with the thread title!!! I do it all the time getting my casino's mixed up with account numbers and names and contact details and casino groups and e-wallets and credit cards and signups and cashback and loyalty rubies and emails and... :eek2:

Just waiting to hear back on my sign-up bonus - then slots here I come. The playing bit is one part I never get confused with :D

Well, I tried to PM the Ops Manager, but he's opted not to receive PMs, so I'll have to post it here.

I've been being spammed by All Jackpots since I signed up 2 days ago. Every 10 minutes they send me a "Welcome to All Jackpots" e-mail. I've asked them to stop sending it, but they don't appear to be able to solve the problem. My advice would be not to sign up here until they get their teething problems sorted out - it may not happen to you, but then again it just might do. Believe me, 144 e-mails a day is pretty irritating and it makes it hard to work out when something important turns up. Very annoying.

I am getting the same welcome email every 10 minutes. They are having a problem with the automailer. I have been having a back and forth with Jackpot Factory support for the past two days regarding this and have resorted to blocking the support@alljackpots.com address. This is really not a big deal and has no effect on their business practices or the actual casino business itself. In this world of computers and online gambling there are certain to be some technical glitches. I would not jump down their throats for it and recommend to people not to play there for this, give them a chance to fix it. If you are having this problem block the address support@alljackpots.com and use the support@jackpotfactory.com address to communicate with them about this problem until they fix it.

That's totally outrageous!
It's almost as bad as the manager NOT letting me sign-up with casino poker games allowed in my WR, after I pointed out their glaring cock-up in their T&C's!
So far, very unimpressed with this casino, and haven't even joined up yet! :(

It is not outrageous, it is a technical glitch that happens sometimes. To update' they have fixed the problem and I am not receiving anymore emails.

Coincidentally I got a letter through the post from them this morning - assuming they are part of 'Jackpot Factory: Online Casino Group'. It was good of them to offer 10, but it really would be better if they didn't send it in a colourful envelope with Lara Croft, casino chips and "Casino" and "Free software plus cash bonus" emblazoned all over it.

Actually, Lara Croft's ok, but seriously, a lot of people don't want everyone who sees their post to know they're gambling at on-line casinos!

The email technical glitch should by now have been sorted out, according to my contact - if anyone else is still receiving floods of All Jackpots emails please PM me so I can give you an email address to send one copy of the offending emails to (the techies apparently want to inspect one in detail)

All fixed for me now. No apology, mind you. They might have got miffed with me for replying to each one of them for most of yesterday.
