comps points redemption RTG

im new to rtg casinos and was wondering if its usual not to be able to cash in your comps wilst you have a pending withdrawal?

as the sytem wont let me cash them in

also whats 340 comps worth ? is it 340 or 34

any advise apriciated

I think u have to few comppoitns. I think the ones u have right now are worth 3.40

That sounds right Marie. It depends at which casino, but most use that conversion rate above. At Inetbet, 50 comp pts is worth $5...but they accrue at a lower rate as well. For most places, it is 1 comp point earned for every $10 wagered...and a minimum of 1000 pts (worth $10), to be able to convert them.
