- Contact support in writing (email/chat transcript) asking for a formal resolution.

do you see your winnings in that specific game only? or can you access other games and play them with that money? ComeOn has a decent reputation and therefore this sounds a technical glitch. If you access your game round/ betting history, are all Lock & Loot rounds closed/resolved? Aka there is no pending/ incomplete free spin that prevents free spin winnings to be released from the game? (If that's the case, ComeOn can close it on their backoffice)
I can see only in game,and there history. But not in my come on account. There is no sighn that i had even play that game. I didnt see money in my account,only when freespins was running, with 19 spins i had won over 79 €. Last spin and balance was 20€ just like when i started. I dont undestand that how long it can take, i dont get any new infirmation. They just say that they dont know and wait.

I feel your pain, and a such long waiting time is not acceptable, but their response sounds they are fully dependant on Yggdrasil's response (which most likely is honest and truthful answer because operators have fairly limited view on gaming transactions). The game is distributed by Yggdrasil but developed by SpinOn - a smaller studio. So the case might be that ComeOn is waiting for Yggdrasil and they are waiting for SpinOn.
