Come On blocked my paysafecards !!

I have just bought new paysafecard by sms as it is allowed in Switzerland and everytime I pay on ComeOn my paysafecards GOT BLOCKED !!

I have never had this problems on others sites, just eveytime I want to pay at Come On !!! Come On sucks ! Never pay by paysafecards there ! They are thiefs !!!

Paysafecard answers "Your paysafecards have been blocked due to an access violation."

What I heard its alot of problems with paysafe cards. Many of them dont work. Then support tells you, you have alread redeem it. Recently SKRILL bought them so maybe they will shape things up.

I never had one single problem with Paysafecards. I've must have bought hundreds of them in the past few years, and 100% of them worked. Not one single issue - Skrill taking them over in my opinion is a step backwards. As far I know Skrill doesn't even offer Paysafecard to upload your account. Not in The Netherlands at least. Neteller does, but only with a big fee of approx. 9% attached to it.

Skrill has shown me little to no respect in solving my matters. Worse customer service I've came across off and they take a week or longer to even respond via email, while they claim to reply within 24 hours. They are a joke! I certainly hope Skrill's take over won't affect the way Paysafecards work.

I have a paysafe account where I can upload my bought prepaid paysafe tickets from the shop.
Never had an issue with them either.

And Mozaik,I have Skrill for years and never had issues with them.
Only needed their help maybe twice in all the years and I phoned them as you get someone to speak to you mostly right away.
E-mailresponse is slower in general i.m.o in any company or business who offer e-mailsupport.

In my job we offer e-mailsupport too but calls and livechats have priority as they have to be answered and dealt with straight away.
We aim for a 48 hr response window on e-mailqueries but tbh with the volume of calls and livechats coming in sometimes it can take up to 96 hr (4 workingdays) so we advise our customers to either call (toll free) or come on the livechat facility.

Well Lotusch, they might have been good to you. First six months when I started using Skrill I did not have one single complaint either. Lately they been one true disaster though. They don't follow their own protocols, don't reply in 24 hours, but in 7 days or even more. They don't have a live chat. When I'm calling I won't get to speak to a "native" English customer support representive, plus I get redirected at least 2 times and calling isn't toll free.

I've been trying to solve a bank account issue since 27 August, and it still isn't solved. Received one reply 10 days ago, telling it be solved in two days.

How does the casino not accepting your deposit (for whatever reason) make them "thiefs"?

I'm not sure, but as I read it the voucher can't be used elsewhere when he/she tried to use it at ComeOn first.

I might add for those who don't know that if you make a transaction with Paysafecard and the casino doesn't get the funds, it may still show your voucher balance as zero*, but if you go to the above mentioned page you can see that there's probably a transaction that's reserved (more or less like a VISA transaction/reservation), so wait an hour or so and the funds should be cleared to be used at another site.




* Or whichever sum you've tried to deposit as deducted.

No, I was not able to check my balance as my pasafecards were blocked. So I could not check the balance.

Yes, I cannot use the vouchers anymore has they have been blocked for "access violation". I never had this issue anywhere.
With my 1st paysafecard, I bought on other site first and then when I bought on comeon my paysafecard was blocked.

Then, I tried to buy a new paysafecard by sms and when I entered it on Come on it were blocked AGAIN !!!

Paysafecard still have not told me why there were an "access violation"

Come on said that they will get back to me... I am still waiting for more than 1 week.

i have never had a prob with paysafecard, but i must admit, i am a newbie and i have never used it to bet, only for videogames.
Weird that their helpdesk doesn`t answer you. But if it works on other sites it must be comeon i guess.
Is comeon listed on their homepage? Perhaps they stopped working with them or something?

i have used paysafecard in some deposites already, but never in come on, and in the casinos i used it i never got any problem
