Coffeezilla exposing fake streamers and Roobet

Btw, all these American guys behind Roobet starting to wipe all their social medias fast. Specifically Matthew T Duea from Minneapolis, Minnesota has been deleting furiously. He is likely the top guy. They have been running this site illegally for some time allowing USA players to play with VPNs. And Im sure money laundering tax evasion etc the Feds would probably like to speak to them about.

This is gonna get good.

Have heard rumors (cant verify more than just being a rumor) that apparently stake is ran by a combo of guys in US and AU so crypto and unregulated markets seem to go hand in hand.

Still surprised considering how much effort both countries put against regulated online gambling that they haven't had FBI/AFP jump on these guys considering what they do is beyond illegal just not using FIAT currency.

Disliked the video, people should stop poking their nose in and lay off the cryptos, best thing to happen to gaming for a long time.

I don't watch streamers and would never sign up under their links.

Oops! Totally missed this one and posted the exact same vid a few hrs ago :D

In a fitting thread no less :p

Couldn't agree less...Fine that you don't watch them or support them, but there's a bunch of highly entertaining and/or decent peeps out there streaming, who will probably get dragged down with the fake shitters. Basically Crypto made things worse here ..
You need to see the bigger picture/greater good here i.m.o.

Crypto was/is beneficial to you perhaps, but it's in this case the main way that these shady con-men got to monetize their crap on various platforms...

Of course you're entitled to your own opinion, but if you just said 'best thing in gaming to happen for me' i'd have no qualms :p
But not to worry, Crypto on its own will most likely not be affected by this, and there will surely be some way for you to use it to move money in and out of Casinos, be it direct or indirect.

What a filthy cess pit this whole online streaming and gambling has become in general. I did try out some crypto casinos and to be honest I never had any issues at all. In fact it was quite a seamless process from start to end. The few cash outs I did were paid within minutes. And selection of games and RTPS were all on point. Unlike EU facing casinos. Infact the 2 places I played at were everything that is missing now from the UK online gambling scene.

But ... and its a big But ... you have zero cover if something does go wrong. No come back if they press the KYC button or god forbid SOW. Especially if coming in from a "banned" region. You would be fukked. And the sign up on both sites was ridiculous. Name and email nothing more. No checks no address needed ect and so any kind of RG would be impossible to implement as you could just rejoin the site using different details. They do not care less.

But more and more reports surface of players not being able to meet KYC on a sizeable withdraw - and the whole thing seems really shady and with the streamers very very seedy. Its quite amazing that game providers such as @Pragmatic Play Official have zero issue in allowing players from banned regions to play there games. I highly doubt they will comment on this though. My personal foray into crypto casinos has now come to an end. I suppose I did enjoy it but will not be going back. I really feel for those people who do struggle with gambling as if they get hooked into this - as I suspects 1000s will be right now - then they are truly doomed. As there is no effective RG.

And I feel that a major shit storm is coming for these offshore outlets when different governments finally wake up to what is happening. Its turning into an epidemic of unregistered gambling with zero safety nets - the game providers (most of them!) are more than happy to go along with this - until the party ends. As for the various streamers making millions - well it is the lowest way to make a living. I wont even bother calling out names as most know who they are. All in all a pretty disgusting situation which will end badly. I for one though don't have any funds left in any of the cryptos I played at - and they wont be seeing me again. Play at such places at your own very real risk. They do not need bent software to screw you - when they finally choose to do so.

I dunno, I'm finding it pretty repetitive and kind of weak.
The latest episode I stopped watching after he just kept repeating how coincidental it was that the car was stored only 3 minutes drive away from the contest winners house, completely ignoring the possibility that if the contestant happened to live in LA (or wherever) he probably didn't want people to know his home address and so likely they decided to do the collection at a nearby carpark to where it was stored.

Don't get me wrong, it's all a bit shady and fake streaming is grotesque, but I think these guys are over-reaching without a great deal of critical thought.

And did I mention how repetitive they are? That 50 minutes video of him bouncing between etherscan and blockchain.com saying "The two are connected!" - I honestly felt like I was in some kind of time loop.

Did you all know that stake is in the process of acquiring a UKGC license and they already have a new domain name for UK and the new company they have created for it too?
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

I for one will still never play their. Why even are the UKGC even allowing this to happen? They are not trusted company and they should not even be allowed to create a new company which is owned by stake just a different name and then just buy licenses in other jurisdictions.

Also we all know where all that money has came from so they could fund this dont we.

This is just plain disgusting, I did not link the stake uk website because it is still not up and running it just has a landing page stating it is coming soon atm.

Ok yeah so it does say the url in that above image I linked. I DO NOT CONDONE anyone to signup to them and I would tell everyone TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO or any other casino like roobet or gamdom or any bit casino.

This is the UKGC...seemingly more interested in getting rid of auto spins, removing quick spin and ensuring the slot doesn't make a sound for wins under 1x bet.

When it comes to stuff that actually matters i.e people actually getting paid their withdrawals and such, casinos following proper procedures (as per UKGC guidance on SOW and deposits/withdrawals) etc, it all seems to go quiet. Nothing to do with us, sir. Couldn't possibly get involved with stuff like that.

Yep, bit more meat to it.
As to the solution to the problem.. if twitch shut it down it'll just migrate to some other streaming service.

I honestly can't think of a solution to the problem short of going after the casino themselves which would require international sanctions against the host country.

Curacao government had to agree to clamp down on "unregulated" gambling, amongst other money laundering and corruption stuff, in order to get a financial aid package for the pandemic from the Netherlands. I don't know the status of that right now.

"Hey did you guys ever get around to clamping down on the corruption and stuff?"
"Nah"
"Can we have our money back then?"
"What money?"

People that only visit twitch to watch gambling would maybe follow, but people watching a couple different things on twitch wouldnt swap to another platform i think-

'hey, did you watch that new show, Squid game'

'hmm, no i heard about it tho, ill look it up later, Netflix right?.

'It was on Netflix, but now its at Peacock'

'I see, guess i wont be watching Squid game'

It wouldn't be the first time a business indulging in dodgy practices has made money to establish later a legitimate UK operation.

I would see it more as a migration of the 'influencers' or 'personalities' or whatever they are that would then have their audience follow.
Like when Only Fans decided to stop allowing porn a couple months ago, everyone on there would've just gone somewhere more accomodating.
Or I guess using your analogy it would be;
"yeah it used to be on Netflix, but since Netflix decided to pay it's content providers only 2% of what Shitflex pays, everyone's now subscribing to Shitflex instead."

Not to mention how quickly new social media sites come and go these days, Twitch won't be "cool" pretty soon, it'll all be about Shabloobloo.tv

Not that I think it would be a bad idea for Twitch to rectify this of course, I just don't think it would stop the issue for long.

What i meant is that they would lose out on all the people that might have a small interest or none, and only click on the streams because they see them on the frontpage. I dont know how much internet traffic Shabloobloo.tv gets, but its safe to say its alot less than Twitch.

Shabloobloo.tv is not even working at the moment, and if that sort of thing keeps happening they will never surpass Twitch.
:p

You seem to have too much spare time this week.

Shabloobloo.tv was just me coming up with the next stupidly named social platform..

.. but since you say it's not registered maybe I can get a jump on this!

Yes it's true, the names of these platforms change, but it's basically the same guff just slightly repackaged, and stupidity reigns supreme with whatever names people will lap up next. Sploot, Frabber, Sing Sing and whatever else they're likely to come up with.

This is why anyone can just knock out a new sensation, like I'm thinking of doing. It will feature video games, chat, as well as some slap & tickle in hot tubs. The killer sales pitch being that it's for midgets, mainly.

Look out for it. It'll be called Titch
