Anyone try this casino? I tried it today and they had alot of fun real video slots. They have this game called 'as the reels turn" and you advance to different screens and have bonus spins.

It was kind of fun, not alot of choices like MG, but enough to keep you entertained and try new games. They also have an immediate 100% match up to $350 for the bonus lovers!!

There was a pretty long thread about them a few months back when they introduced the second crime slot (the painting stealing one). The consensus seemed to be that it was too tight and the wins were too small.

I used to like their 3-reel slots, but ever since they changed the graphics I haven't won squat, so I uninstalled.

They seem like a good outfit, I'm just not donating money to their slots anymore.

I just gave this group another shot at my money this week and they really are a good group except for the fact that you never win, or maybe I should say win ENOUGH to withdraw...

example..bet $3.75 max win usually is $7.50...how lame is that for this size bet? Bet .75 cents get .30cent return..lame, lame, lame...there was a discussion on this group but I guess they decided not to listen to the players advice....stop inventing new ripoffs and start paying out fairly...

For the amount you play per spin and the return it gives you is truly a ripoff, but they really are nice about it. :D I have never withdrawn from here and this is the ONLY casino I have never withdrawn from EVER. Every once in a while I return to them to see if they have listened but don't saty long knowing within minutes, they haven't. That might help ya I hope :D

They definitely need to improve their slots wins. I don't think there is a game on there that has a win large enough to be worth it.

At least in my experience.

I love the games, though, even though they don't pay. Sure wish they could fix that.

Games

Hello all,

As you know I visit Casinomeister everyday, and so threads like this really do catch my eye. When the initial thread came up, I went to our slots team and we discussed how we could improve the player experience. Some new tools were written to analyze pay-out and hit frequency, and we've used these tools to enhance the games. The changes were launched about 60 minutes ago on all Rival Powered casinos. I would like to emphasize that the games' payback rates have remained around the same - anywhere from 95% to 98%, but we feel that the game play has definitely changed for the better!

The games do vary - as you know, some people prefer lower-medium wins more frequently, while other players may prefer the occasional bigger win. Each of the slots differ in its variance and "feel", but the changes should result in a more interesting game now.

I'd be very interested in getting your feedback on these games. You can post here or you can PM me, or email me at rob AT rivalgaming DOT com.

Cheers,

Rob

What took you so long? :D

Count me in the latter category - really can't get excited about 2x my bet or less - but you're right. Variation is the key

Now I think this is the way a REAL casino should react :) I will certainly give them a go again and see if I am a bit happier with the results.

Good work CocoaRob/Rival

hahaha... i got a $7 halloween bonus so i downloaded and look what happened... everything was normal for a while, then i tried this game and it was kind of glitchy so i checked the pay table and...

Old Attachment (Invalid)

i don't think anyone would complain if the slots paid out like this

the only bad thing is i got kicked off and now i can't log back on :(

This has been an issue that I have addressed to you before Rob, yes you claim 95-98% payouts, you can play the slots for hours but can never win anything big, regardless of what you say I have played more than enough spins in real and fun mode to see. I think its great that you respond like you genuinely care, however I believe Rival is a big sham, it is set up not to payout, you can try to fool the masses but the proof is in the games, it is already starting to show in the responses, your no fool, compared to the other "reputable" software providers Rivals ability to win a sum large enough to cash out are non existent, I guess if your the type of gambler that feels value comes in time spent spinning your the right choice, hell I can make $5 last 30 mins playing your games, but when it comes to actually hitting something decent your at the back of the pack. Rival has seen its last penny from me until improvements happen and I hope all the rest of you players that have noticed this trend will follow, only then we may se changes. With all due respect Rob as this is not an attack on yourself.

Hi all, I played Coco after the last thread mentioned above...I used the bonus to play war....managed to cash out but forgot how much..I think $75? It cashed quickly to. I did re-deposit but didnt do as well, there just were not enough games there to interest me although the first time I played I played the Cow slot and hit $40 on a low bet.

I cancelled my account only cause I didnt like the games. The CS's were very nice and efficient. I got $7 in the account that Im not supposed to have.....hmmmm Forgot to cancel my mailer!:)

Just and fyi for those who asked.

I cashed out $500 once playing the i-slots when they first came out. I hit lots of free spins on one of the rounds playing 3.75 - nothing since though.

The idea of the interactivity is a breath of fresh air, however I agree that I would rather have bigger payouts/higher variance to make things more exciting. I would also think its better for the casino, considering many here have stopped playing due to the whole variance issue.

FYI - they do pay and well within the stated timeframe.

Geez...and I just lost my $13.00 @.20 cent a spin (geez I hate anything below a $1.00 spin but this was a freebie so what the heck!) in 33 minutes! Must have missed that new launching... :D heck....I only had to play it 104x too to even consider cashing out after WR, and musta missed that too!..what a deal....!!!

Screenshot funnies, and comments

Hello all,

Regarding that screenshot of the paytable, I've just had a chat with the slot team. Apparently if the call to the server to retrieve the paytable fails, default numbers are displayed. Why it was decided on this being 50000, instead of just displaying an error message, is not yet known but this issue has been upped to a very high priority. I believe the 400 Group sent out a large number of no deposit promotions to their existing players for Halloween, and this has resulted in a tremendously high response that is causing slowdowns. Treats for them, tricks for us. :) We're working on resolving this as quickly as possible.

Me_And_Ed, I can assure you that the casinos have had many large winners. I still recall one player who hit a pat royal flush for $10,000 on multi line joker poker in his first 20 or so hands (as a videopoker player myself, boy was I jealous!). This happened within days of the launch of the casinos, and the operators somewhat cheekily asked us to look into it. (I'm happy to say that no problems were found and the player was paid in full). The jackpots in various slots have been hit many times as well. Our team did look at the pay-out distribution in the 5 reel slots and we did find that there was room for improvement. That's what we have done in this latest release. I've looked at your accounts and you have one or two halloween bonuses to play with to try out the games, so please do give it another go on T4G's dime.

silcnlayc, the no deposit bonuses are not X wagering, but a flat credit amount wagering. If you receive a $13 no deposit bonus, and it has a $104 play-through that works out to 8x13 = $104 play-through or 8x bonus. I believe that that is fair for a no-deposit promotion. I can see how that might be confusing (as for deposit based bonuses, it displays it as a multiple of D+B ) and have filed a request to make that clearer.

Thanks for the comments everyone, we do appreciate it!

Yep, that is what it is...I guess I have been so used to the D+B x whatever, I misread this completely...my bad.....this is the reason I don't usually take bonuses...

but you do have fair requirements on them (I would say even better than fair if pushed) but what good are they if you can't even meet half of it and your bankroll+ deposit is gone in 15 minutes???

It all goes back to...lousy payouts..lousy pay ratios...bet vs win scenerio... which are none to nil..and I can claim that you are in a league of your own with me...one and ONLY casino I have NEVER made a withdrawal from (even just a "FEEL GOOD" one at that)....so..I will wander on down to the next casino....and maybe in my wanderings come back for another dabble at yours just to see....and maybe not....

Re

I was never able to try this casino out. When it first came out, I couldnnt get it to load, now after I enter my information, the register button does not work.

Not meant to be I guess

Ama

I just got the $7 at paradise 8, same group and the games were unplayable, everyspin took forever and then ultimately crashed out and lost connection, but i never got my bets back... not good at all

I can't get anywhere today either. The cashier just hangs, then it timesout. Ctrl-Alt-Delete, then I have to wait 5 minutes to login again for some security reason. It was often quite slow, but not this bad.

I lost fast too

When I posted this question I had lost my $25 dep plus the $25 match bonus in under a half hour...you guys know Im a low player, so I wasnt happy about that part. I didnt get the bonus on 3 reels but I did advance for $1.80 lol to the next screen

It is a shame, because these games are kind of fun to me, but if Im gonna play small, I better atleast get an hour out of $50, after all, $20 lasted me 5 whole days at Ibetyoubet :)

Thank you for your feedback Rival, you didnt have to brave the storm in here but you did anyway! Maybe things will look up for the low but frequent players

That's what we have done in this latest release

Rob,
I am assuming the Dog pound game is your new release, here it is, 6 sessions, I will only discuss the first three because it will get very reduntant.

1) 4850 spins, 4 features, so a feature every 1200 spins, on a .75c bet largest feature win was $72.00, balance never got over $150.00 on a $100.00 starting balance.
2) 3800 spins, 3 features, even worse than the first session, various bets from .75c to $3.75, on $3.75 the feature payout was $93.00

3) 2700 spins, 2 features?? etc, etc, etc....

I guess these are the higher payouts you were referring to, there is no software provider that has bonus games with fewer feature hits. Thanks for addressing this anyway.

Just played the $7 at Cocoa, another site that miraculously dries up once you meet your rollover... !SURPRISE!

I finally got thru to the cashier last night for the $13 Halloween Bonus.

So far I am fairly impressed with the new i-Slot, As The Reels Turn II. I played 75 cents/spin and hit a few winners for $5-10 last night. This morning I hit a $50 winner (lined up 5 of those money symbols) so my balance is over $60 so far. And with only a $104 WR I have a good shot at cashing out.

I also noticed they have some other good bonuses on offer in the cashier.

Just reviewing my records, I think I have had 12 deposits and 5 withdrawals, all from slots play except the initial deposit when they allowed other games for full credit.

My biggest disappointment was from the 5-reel slots and in particular the Art Heist game when it first came out and the payoffs were so low, but overall I do tend to believe the 95-98% figure quoted by the rep.

I do agree the payouts are around those percentages, my issue is how they are distributed to attain those numbers, take M/G, RTG, Playtech and Crypto, now compare based on bet size the win size possibility, thats were the problem is. I really like this software, it disappoints me, when the new games just came out I played them right away, maybe it's just me, I need the oppurtunity to have a decent win.

depositing problem

soooo
I decide to try it this morning but when I tried to pay with my cc, which worked yesterday, it said "you wont qualify for the 15% reload if you use your card, try using netteller" Well you know what? I dont wanna use netteller and I tried to unclaim the bonus and just put in my money and it wont accept it

I tried customer service....yeah ok.......I waited forever and decided to close the chat because I was running around the house (lighting candles etc) and came back and forth and never got through. Just the "all operators are busy blah blah blah"

Oh well, I went somewhere else due to frustration, the other thing that bothered me was that my PC keeps flashing on that site. It doesnt happen anywhere else and when I uninstall, It works better anyway
