Screenshot funnies, and comments
Hello all,
Regarding that screenshot of the paytable, I've just had a chat with the slot team. Apparently if the call to the server to retrieve the paytable fails, default numbers are displayed. Why it was decided on this being 50000, instead of just displaying an error message, is not yet known but this issue has been upped to a very high priority. I believe the 400 Group sent out a large number of no deposit promotions to their existing players for Halloween, and this has resulted in a tremendously high response that is causing slowdowns. Treats for them, tricks for us.

We're working on resolving this as quickly as possible.
Me_And_Ed, I can assure you that the casinos have had many large winners. I still recall one player who hit a pat royal flush for $10,000 on multi line joker poker in his first 20 or so hands (as a videopoker player myself, boy was I jealous!). This happened within days of the launch of the casinos, and the operators somewhat cheekily asked us to look into it. (I'm happy to say that no problems were found and the player was paid in full). The jackpots in various slots have been hit many times as well. Our team did look at the pay-out distribution in the 5 reel slots and we did find that there was room for improvement. That's what we have done in this latest release. I've looked at your accounts and you have one or two halloween bonuses to play with to try out the games, so please do give it another go on T4G's dime.
silcnlayc, the no deposit bonuses are not X wagering, but a flat credit amount wagering. If you receive a $13 no deposit bonus, and it has a $104 play-through that works out to 8x13 = $104 play-through or 8x bonus. I believe that that is fair for a no-deposit promotion. I can see how that might be confusing (as for deposit based bonuses, it displays it as a multiple of D+B ) and have filed a request to make that clearer.
Thanks for the comments everyone, we do appreciate it!
