CM ratings v Trustpilot

I would trust the CM rating over 16 posts on trust pilot all day.

Not in the case of the company above based on person experience and others experiences . A few others on the accredited list who don't score too well on there

Interesting thread!

Trust pilot is very difficult for the gambling sector. Many don’t understand that, particularly with a casino, the games are designed in a way that if you play them for a long time, you WILL lose. Many of the negative posts we get are regarding poor payouts which we simply can’t control.

That said we’ve got a pretty good rating and one we are always trying to improve.

Definitely agree that CM rating is a much better benchmark for our industry.

Yes aware your going to get your share of posts about people losing on Trustpilot but just reading some of the reviews on the one I posted there are some genuine negative comments in relation to general service and not payouts.

Probably be heavily criticised here but is there a system used for these accreditations to ensure accuracy and that there are no vested interests in a higher rating?

Hmm a few differences here. Do we take these into account?

Novibet for example. Rated 8.6 on here

Really? Why not be honest and tell it like it is:
novibet experiences

You're posting at Trustpilot stating the following:

Quite simply the worst casino I have ever dealt with....and I have dealt with Coral before so it's saying a lot.

Avoid this company at all costs. Do not believe their ratings. I am on Casinomeister which gives it a score of 8.6, I am arguing the point on there at the moment that they should be rogue listed. A diabolical, unethical and immoral outfit. You have been warned, do not play here ever. Refusing to return money and not following proper KYC.

So you are posting at Trustpilot stating that you are arguing that they should be rogued (which you are not). And yet from what I can tell is that you are an admitted problem gambler and are blaming others for your screwups. Please explain.

If you have a bona fide legitimate complaint, please post this in the complaints forum - making sure that you reread the forum rules about posting complaints.

Casumo have taken a complete battering on trust pilot mostly down to KYC issues 253 reviews poor rating..

Yet betway 5k reviews with a score of 8 and AG have issued warnings against them for with holding players funds ..

You are aware that some rogue sites give the promise of ten to twenty free spins for leaving bad reviews about other sites.

Does anyone take any notice at all of trustpilot ratings?

After the ridiculous experience that I had with TrustPilot when I tried to post an honest personal review of CasinoMeister, with them practically (reading between the lines) accusing me of writing a review that must be to good to be true and making me jump through a few hoops to get my review verified, I did think that TrustPilot was a credible point of reference. After having recently had a number of poor consumer experiences that were influenced by information that I read on trustPilot I am now somewhat sceptical of the validity of the information that the site shares. This is however simply my own opinion based upon my unsatisfactory experiences.
