Club World Withdraw - Quick Tender

First let me say thanks for all the questions you guys have already answered for me!!!

I am trying to make my first withdraw from Club World Casino.
I am using Quick Tender/UseMyWallet.

The withdraw screen ask for Public ID
I thought this would be my QT 10 digit account number but I called CWCs customer support to double check.

They were very polite but first they told me to use my QT account name (which is just a name I choose in QT for my account). Then they told me to just use my Real Name.

I would really be thankful if someone who has made a withdraw at Club World before would tell me if Public ID is my 10 digit QT account number or something else.

If I am overlooking something obvious, I apologize in advance.

I looked on the QuickTender website but it doesn't say. Do you still have the email QT sent you when you joined up? Your public ID probably is your QT account name but double check the email if you have it. If not, contact QT and ask them. I know with other e-wallets the public ID is different to the account number.

Your public ID is your 10 digit UMW account number. I've made several withdrawals from this group this way.
They'll be fast once you get it in. Like within 24 hours fast. Most of the times.

A. Are you located in the UK and playing on ClubWorld.uk?
B. Did you accidently try to withdraw to Click2Pay?

I have withdrawn many times from CW to QT without a problem. QT only has 3 identifyers: Account#, website username and website password.

Public ID vs Account number

Your public ID is your 10 digit UMW account number.

I found that your public ID (from a QT rep a long time ago) was the name of the account in qucktender which had nothing to do with the account number.

If you have an account with QT, please make sure you have a name for it too. It shows right on the login screen where it says. See sample.

Thanks for the reply.
I am down here in Dixie (one state over from you).
Downloaded casino from clubworldcasinos.com - I think

If I remember correctly that is pretty much the way the deposit went but the withdraw ask me for Public ID.
I used my Account Number (thanks again - cheetahwind) and it is showing as a pending withdraw to UseMyWallet.

Looks like people have experienced different results with the terms.
I guess this is common - terminology not matching up between the casinos and e-wallets?

I really appreciate all the feedback and will post back here with my results.
Might be a few days - They are working on our internet lines.

My withdraw has posted in my QT/UMW account.
So I am happy with Club World - That was pretty fast.

In my case, I entered my 10 digit QT/UMW account number in the Public ID field at the withdraw screen.

I have posted several questions here at casinomeister and always get good answers/feedback fast from the other forums members.
