Actually, a bit like 32Red, Club USA (and UK & Euro) do operate a kind of "ad-hoc" weekend cashouts policy I believe. Most casinos operate a 5 day week accounts department but I know through chatting with them in Vegas that they want to try and look after players at weekends too - but being new it's a kind of "unadvertised" service right now to assist in managing expectations I would guess.

Wouldn't surprise me if it turns up today or tomorrow Suze. They certainly seemed keen to try and impress and judging from your comparison to iNetBet, sounds like they are on the right track, which is always welcome for an RTG - lol.

I try and avoid posting as much as possible since actions speak louder than words however in this case I hold my hands up and apologise for the delay.

Most of our members are used to very fast withdrawals as mikekloeg wrote, sometimes within minutes. The only time there is any delay is if we require docs being sent to us to prove credit card holder verfication or there are other security issues the auditing dept wish to clear up first.

I apologise to suzecat for having to wait 11 hours for her withdrawal, this is due, as Simmo correctly wrote, to our ad hoc withdrawal system over the weekend. We are looking to improve this service in the near future.

I firmly believe that our customer service and operation in general is of the highest integrity and reliability. We intend to keep it that way and improve in areas our members feel we may be lacking.

Not only is the player paid in only 11 hours on a Saturday, but an (absolutely unneccessary) apology is made in public with this thread in less than five hours from the point of the original post.

I'm so glad to see Club World Casinos here! I just have to say that from the first time that I've heard about Club World, I've been in touch with Jason who has always been very good to me. Communication was above expectation - even though I didn't even play there until they switched to a much funner software !:thumbsup: I guess that it's been a ?couple years since I've known of them and now that I am playing there, I can honestly say "I feel spoiled"!! You guys have been really great!!

In my experience, winnings are paid very fast!! The only thing faster that I've ever experienced was with 'Instant Neteller' payments! lol Keep up the great work!

I was also very fortunate to meet with Jonathan, Greedygirl, Casinomeister, and I believe ?Spearmaster in Vegas! I just wish I coulda stayed longer and got to know everyone a bit better. But nonetheless, I thought that it was great to meet faces that I'd only read about!!
