Why is it when I stand up for a casino, they make an ass out of me? I stood up for CW in the other withdrawal thread because I had never had any trouble getting paid within hours of requesting a withdrawal.

Well, they have now proven that the OP in the other thread was correct. I requested a withdrawal last night at 11:21p.m. my time. Immediately went on chat and asked that it be flushed, just like I always do. That's where the crap began.

If I don't get it today, I will have to wait until Monday and that really sucks. Can't withdraw but $1000 so there's no use playing it anymore.
Nicol: Try our best for you ,but we have withdrawal to process everyday though, there is queue on it as you know

Here are my last 3 withdrawals, time requested, time approved and date into QT:

5/10 9:3:55p.m., 5/11 4:15:14a.m., 5/11
3/30 11:16:16p.m., 3/31 5:51:33a.m., 3/31
3/24 2:32:48a.m., 3/24 7:33:23a.m., 3/24

Everyone of the above withdrawals were made either late at night or early in the morning. Since they have established a pattern of payment to me, should I not have expected that they would have continued to do the same?

Of course you should have. It's almost an injustice to see the chat operators not even answering the question of whether it can be flushed - rather, they tell you that accounting "isn't in the office" or the T&C withdraw times (which you most likely already know). Any reputable casino should be able to flush instantaneously without so much as a bat of an eye.

Seems that "the accounting department" never needs to be in the office for deposits, but for withdrawals, "the right people" have to be in the office for it to even be looked at anymore.

We all know that it doesn't take but 2 minutes for a casino to transfer funds through QT. Some casinos get this, and they process them damn near instantly. But 24-48 hours, not including weekends? Isn't that when most people play, since they're usually working during the week?

Hope you get it soon. I'd be throwing 2 fits if I was in your position, but that may be the 8 straight days of work talking :rolleyes:...
 
It is frustating, but atleast you were able to withdraw some money. After reading alot of the threads here you are one of the select few that have had that option. Just be patient that is all you can at this point.

Getting the run around just sets my teeth on edge and yep, I am pretty pissed.

They had always been within 24 hours before this but now it has already been 4 days and the weekend has just started. Oh well. Maybe I will get some yard work done this weekend instead of playing at the casinos since I will not have funds until next week anyways. :rolleyes:

Congratulations on your win, and being able to cashout! :)

smittytime said they were told that accounting is running behind right now. Isn't it possible that Tom was just behind? It's not like he wasn't able to get you paid within the time frame they state it should take. We all have days when one thing after the other arises, and we aren't able to get as much done as we usually can.

I definitely would have felt that my payment would most likely arrive before the weekend.. hoping anyway. CWC not being able to process cashouts 7 days a week is not ideal. Friday cashouts always pose the possibility of having to wait a couple more days. Thankfully, they're usually ahead of schedule, not behind.

Tom is such a great manager, top notch. I can't help but give him the benefit of the doubt on the occasion that something isn't as lightening quick as it usually is.

It does suck that the time they didn't get it done same day for you, was on a Friday. :(

The very same thing happened to me, although it was an early Friday morning cashout. I had been used to Clubworld paying on Friday if the cashout was made by 5 a.m. est. I sent an email to the cashier, and to support after i did not receive by 1 p.m. Support emailed me that that the cashier was closed for the day, and would not process any future withdrawals until Monday.

I then pm'd Tom, because he had stated on another thread about AllSlots that he could possibly release withdrawals on Saturday, but i never heard from him. I like Clubworld a lot, so i decided i would not play on Fridays; now from your thread, and another, I will no longer play on Thursdays.

@Daera, yes Tom is a good guy. I didn't say he wasn't.

Since Friday is a normal day for most of the world, then it is normal to expect that a casino work Monday-Friday at the least, not Monday-Thursday.

CW shot themselves in the foot on this one. Had I been paid on Friday, I would more than likely have deposited back a good portion of my winnings. As it is now, not going to happen. So they lost.
 
ANNIE with all do respect, maby the phone operators coulde,nt be shure if there cashier was going to be there

again with respect it looks like your getting paid with in a reasonable time

so might be a idea not to flog the horse on this one as they say [walk a mile ]

I have no problem with you voicing your opinion to me.
 
My last 2 withdrawls from CW by way of Wire Transfer took about 2 wks. iNetBet does the same thing and it hits my account the next day?? The first one they did a while back was just as fast and none are for a heck of a lot. The last one pissed me off really bad because i was told by somebody that the cashier was away and would be back on the following Monday. I was waiting 2 wks. to that point. Monday came and low and behold, the money came in my bank account that same day, minus fees they charged the same as before...They were really good with bonuses etc., esp. when i asked, but that is way too long to wait.

32Red actually shocked me with how fast they are between cashput and hitting the bank......32 Red has got to be #1..
 
Rockycatt, I wasn't being snarky. Thanks for the soothing words. Actually I am now passed being upset. Down to being resigned to waiting. However, they are doing what they have to do and I will do what I have to do.

I wouldn't have liked waiting but I would have been OK with it if the customer support hadn't acted like complete inept humans when I know what I am talking about and I have had the very same CS people flush withdrawals for me. Plus I took up for CW in the other thread.

So I'm waiting. But that doesn't make me like it. :D

What I do not understand is how a casino can have a dept. that handles money that appears to work only 4 days a week, or for that matter even 5 days.
Should this not be a 24/7 operation just like a B & M?

If these places want to call themselves casinos they should be run just like ALL casinos.

Nope, you are NOT feeling pissy, we are all getting fed up with the hoops we are put through. However, it is the only "game in town", so to speak. So we take a deep breath, try to calm down, and remember that it was our government that made a huge muddle about the whole deal! And, if you are like me, I rant and rave to anyone that will listen, and hope that the GD money is in the account on Monday! :p

I'm not sure what the issue they were having was but my last withdrawal ended up taking 8 days. With their track record I will assume it was a glitch of some sort but if it happened again any time soon it would be alarming to me.
