Hi,

I have been waiting for a better withdrawal option for a long time now.

But I do miss playing. Last night I opened Lucky Red and checked in the cashier

to find the "voucher" option for deposits but it has a different "name" for

processor than it had before.

I would like to know if anyone has used it and if your bank or cc card was flagged

as a result. Don't want the hassle.

I have bank card and PP card.

I know this is a "taboo" opinion but I don't see Club World as a viable us option anymore.

Virtually every other USA facing casino with RTG slots has gotten with the times and offers Bitcoin deposits/withdrawals. The club world group stubbornly refuses to even consider it to the point of being nasty with me on multiple occasions when I've asked for it.

It's 2016 and I no longer feel it's acceptable to wait weeks for a paper check from God only knows where when I wish to cash out my winnings.

Sorry in advance if this is a non-acceptable opinion here.
 
Hi. Yes, I used it succesfully at 4 of the casinos. No problems at all and its just as it was before. The only thing I guess is deposit limits. I think 3 per day or something like that but im not sure on that. I am sure that my card didnt have any problem going through with the new vouchers and the money was in my casino instantly. this was a prepaid I used.

Honestly I think after the Pay My Card option disappeared. I can only venture a guess that seriously hurt Club World on the US facing front. Mainly because the other options that were available required higher cash out limits. Compared to Pay My Card where cashing out even smaller amounts was possible because the option was cheap and it worked flawlessly. Compared to checks where when you get it, you have no idea if the check is going to clear in the time it takes the process it. Then wires seem to be always under scrutiny, whether it's being intercepted by the feds or being analyzed by your bank.

Honestly I would have to agree with Doug, really BTC seems to be the way for a US Player to play these days. That way you don't have to worry about your bank wondering what that charge from China, the UK, or whatever foreign country the processor is based out of. You can buy BTC in many ways and don't have to expose your banking information. Club World does seem a bit behind on accepting this as a valid way to deposit and get your winnings.

Otherwise I'm sure this will be another voucher option that'll disappear somewhere in the future like many other deposit options.

Yes, I know the pay to card withdrawal option is sorely missed. I am fine (or have to be)with the wire option even though the minimum is higher and the fee as well. Right now, I am just trying to get money into my account without my cards getting flagged and/or cancelled.

weesie,Both visa and mastercard work on the new voucher system but saying that the option is sound well I reserve the right to just say HHMMMM :confused:

I have been a advocate of CWG for a long time now. But the problem's that exist with the card pay system is a very sore subject. I know that it is not the group's fault. But other casino's did not flinch when the cardpay option took a dirt dive.

They either already had BTC or they took up the mantle and got it.Now Clubworld has many great things that make it a viable group to game with,They are licensed and that gives a large amount of credibility and also the eye of the power's that be keep them in line.

I even went as far as trying to make contact with the cardpay system and find out if I could that is? If RTG was jiving or who was putting the blame on who?At first it seemed that I may get an answer But I could not use the RTG name without being associated. They did say that they had no issues system wide that would be considered terminal.So dead end.

I say if you wish to play at CWG then do it and if you win then use what is available.True the options that are there are at best kinda expensive and time consuming. also the bank wire's are always under the eye of the Homeland Def. and other's you may never know when the hammer will drop? But as Bryan said we do play at our own risk.

Unfortunately I haven't deposited there since that cash out option was taken away so I can't help. I've been playing at Sloto and Uptown so that I can cash out with Bitcoin. For me it's working better than PayMyCard even used to. As soon as the cash out is processed I have my bitcoin, I transfer it to my wallet and cash out to my check card. It's in my account the following day! So basically 3 days from cashing out and I have my money. I don't know that even now I'd go back to Club World. I miss playing there but the games, etc. are the same on Sloto and Uptown and they have the best bonuses. Free spins all the time, free money all the time, etc. And I make the WR quite often to make a cash out on them. I hope it works out for you Weesie, I know for us US players this has been a big pain in the ass.

Two of my fave's. Lotsa play and great benefit's for an RTG group they also have it together.
Also INetBet and sister site Kudos thou they do not have BTC openly available they have a wallet that does cover BTC. Kudos has an odd min. deposit of $26.00 but that is much better than the $35.00 required by CWG. Good One! Deanna

I was beginning to think I wouldn't get any responses.

Have to wonder if USA players are coming here less and less.

It is just my opinion, but Casinomeister forum seems to be more and more geared

towards other nations. And, yes, I know it is something he has to do to stay

"legal" (for lack of a better word) in the states that do allow on line gaming.

Anyway..... I really don't want to open another casino account.... like at "Uptown",

but I just might have to do so. If I want to play anyway.
 
Well,

I went ahead and tried the one card I have that had worked fine when they had

a different named processor for the "voucher" purchase.

It did not go through.

Now to sit back and wait for repercussions to hit.

I hope it doesn't but with my luck...........
 
Yes it got way to hard for US players to withdraw winnings. So I assume a lot of us left. But I would really like to get back in, so maybe it's time I try Bitcoin.
The govt exerts so much control; we can't even play fantasy sports in Florida.
 
They are very stingy now. I asked for a birthday bonus and they were very rude to me and said NO stating I was told previously NO. They said I asked in may for a bonus and was told I am not entitled to bonus' ever again because I had been TOO LUCKY, LOL....

I asked a week ago if I was entitled to a birthday bonus and they said it was too early to ask and that i should wait a bit. So i waited until my birthday week and asked on my only to be told NO and made out to feel like a panhandler. I have played and lost thousands,, They are very rude and I do not enjoy their attitude. Horrible way to treat your customers. I will be limiting my playing on their for now on. Not cool at all.

They really ruined my evening by being so nasty.
 
weesie,What card are you having so much trouble with? If you don't want to state it here in open forum PM me. As it seem's very strange that you should have so much trouble unless it is a card from a bank or or pre-paid or something along those line's.

The voucher system is pretty easy to use unless it is a Mastercard and then they set up a security check with an extra password from Mastercard. But if you don't get it set up with a password it will stop your deposit's dead in their track's.

Maybe a credit card from a lender with scruples?Does the voucher have a processor out of the country? That would cause some problem's until you get the fraud pep's to unblock your card.Sorry to hear of so much trouble.Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

I understand about the withdrawal issues currently going on. I also understand the limits right now are 200.00 via wire with a 20.00 fee. That is not my current problem. I am trying to get funds INTO my account at Lucky Red.

This post really surprises me. I've been playing at CWC (until just recently) for a few years and get into chat several times a week. They've never and I mean EVER been anything but courteous, helpful, fun even to talk to. I've always considered their CS the absolute best because I feel I can jump into chat for any reason and ask any question and they treat me like a real person that they want to help. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was so vastly different than mine has always been.
 
I'm gonna have to go with Deanna here pokerdan. I have never had anything but courteous and even friendly CS at any of the CWG sites. It is the same people at all of them as the same company cover's the entire group. But rude NEVER.

pokerdan I will go with your feeling's on the B-Day bonus or free spins if you will. Compared to some other RTG casino's that I play at the CWG folk's are a bit slow to give even on the B-Day. But that is not meant to offend. It is probably protocol at work?

This is not to say that it does not happen it does just not that often.And I have had the kinda smart ass response a time or two? But to show them that i'am above that i stay as cool as a cucumber and that work's real well.

They have actually been quite rude to me and completely removed all bonus' that were in my account. All the bonuses that everyone else gets are no longer available to me because I have won too much money. They only allow me a 35% bonus now.

Nonetheless they did give me a bonus for my birthday last night:)

They credited me 50 free play and I had a lot off fun with the free chip. I didn't cash out with it, but I built it up to about 400 and had fun while it lasted. I look at it like I saved 50 bucks because I would have bought in anyways. That is all I asked for. I just want to feel appreciated once in a while and not made out to be a begger for simply asking for a birthday gift. If they don't offer it then that is fine, but to tell me I am just not allowed a bonus regardless was not the right way to go about it. If they said they do not generally offer birthday bonuses then that would have been different. That is not how it went.

And as far as catching more bees with honey.. LOL.. I have lost a lot of $,, this is gambling and you cannot expect everything to always be a smooth ride. I try to have fun and don't mind losing, but when you feel like a business can care less about you, it is upsetting. We are paying for them to stay afloat. Every customer is important regardless of how much they win or lose. When push comes to shove it is about entertainment. Sometimes the line between entertainment and business gets a little too tight.

I believe they did the right thing in this situation and gave me birthday gift which will go a long way for me indirectly helping them stay afloat. I am a good customer. They listened to my concerns and took care of business. Kudos to them and Casinomeister for allowing the customer to voice their concerns.

Time to go give them some more dinero.. :)

Now you say you have lost a lot of money, I THINK I AM PROBABLY THE LEADER RIGHT NOW!!!! Raging Bull and Uptown Aces are kingpins at offering you great bonuses...BUT TIGHTENING UP THEIR MACHINES LIKE NO OTHER!!!! OR PUTTING THE PLAYTHROUGH INTO THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BEFORE WITHDRALW WHICH ALMOST MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY THROUGH!!!!

Still going for the $500 withdrawl and hopefully that will work out.

Hi hon, sorry just now playing catchup i took some downtime from everything. People are really unhappy with club world group lately (note not Karolina the rep) just the casino and all their branches overall. I just make deposits via my visa debit check card cause its sooo much easier for me and its honestly the only one i use.
