So i been back and forth in messages with Karolina from Club World Group after all my accumulated bonuses across all their slots vanished yet i still had minimum balance. Yet i couldnt prove it and then i had the hospital issue for surgery so it kinda fell to the wayside. So she started testing to see what was going on and then found that there was an issue with the playthrough on bonuses. She didnt just dismiss me that i was a disgruntled player she actually researched to see what was going on. You cannot beat customer service like this at any casino. Huge Kudos.
