Club World Group -Karolina proves customer server is top notch

So i been back and forth in messages with Karolina from Club World Group after all my accumulated bonuses across all their slots vanished yet i still had minimum balance. Yet i couldnt prove it and then i had the hospital issue for surgery so it kinda fell to the wayside. So she started testing to see what was going on and then found that there was an issue with the playthrough on bonuses. She didnt just dismiss me that i was a disgruntled player she actually researched to see what was going on. You cannot beat customer service like this at any casino. Huge Kudos.
 
Is that "play through on bonuses" problem at all of their sites, for all of their players?

This could be important for bonus players.

Recently,I have not been playing with bonuses so dont know of the problem! However,agree Karolina is a gem but why leave CW?So fa r been good!

This isnt about playing with bonuses hon. This is about the accumuldated feature guarantee bonuses you get after you dont win. I noticed several issues cause i play them so much. And per their terms and conditions i saved my accumulated ones by not removing my balance below the required amount but noticed that they were still vanishing so it was either change the terms and conditions or fix the problem to sum it up.
