I have been playing at CWG casinos exclusively for at least six months, maybe a year. In all that time if I lost a deposit, I could go to live chat and they would give a 50% free chip with 10x max cash out. Really enjoyed this feature though seldom won with it! Recently I've had 3 or 4 small ($200-$500) cashouts with this free chip and suddenly it is no longer available even though my win loss ratio hasn't changed. I've tried talking to live chat and have sent several pms but no one can tell me if the policy of the 50% is over or exactly what is going on...anyone else have similar experience? hate to stop playing with them as I really like their live char folks and the sites but mostly I liked counting on the 50% when I whipped through my deposit....if it's gone I will likely move on but just curious if anyone else has had similar issue.

That is a common behavior of many RTG casinos. I used to get free chips and deposit bonus offer at CWC (like ALLGAMES65 for 65% bonus), but after some wins I was bonus banned (as they put: not eligible for any promotion) and my comp points become unavailable (the ones I earned earlier too).

Be happy you got what you did.

I use to get little extras once in a while.

Now with their minimum deposit higher it takes wagering up way out of reason.

I hardly ever take a deposit bonus, it is not worth it. Unless, you hit a monster early

in play and have a good bank roll from it to clear wagering.

I put about 200.00 in in March.......... took one bonus out of the 5-6 deposits

didn't do a thing with any of them. This was at Club World.

Lucky Red has sent me freebies every so often and I have managed to cash out

small amounts. But those are always limited to 10x the bonus so it's not

like you can win a lot on them.

Ever since Club World changed their lobby, made it much larger, I not only can't

seem to win anything, the software just drags and spins slow no matter what I do.

I use to be able to have another site open at the same time and that would help, but

not any more. They can't see it on their end, from what I have gathered because Karolina

asked me to video my play to see what it is doing. Really don't want to mess with that.

So, Lucky Red is currently my CWC casino of choice. I hope Lucky Red never "upgrades"

their software.

Maybe I should hit Club World up for a comp!

I am confused, why go to live chat when each one of CW casinos run daily coupons and promotions? You can also go on FB and twitter for additional promos.

If this is additional bonus after you lost the daily promo that you have been asking for> Some of there bonuses you can use up to 4 or 5 times daily. tonight's bonus at club world 55 percent bonus with free spins and can be used up to 3 times. So explain to me where you can't get bonuses because I am lost. Is it not letting you use any coupons at all? There is a rep here maybe you can pm her and she can explain it better.
