I decided to try club world because it was an accredited casino on this site. Well after $250 in deposits in the last few weeks, and no cashouts, they send me a $75 bonus for my play for the month. I cash out $600 on T-REX, knowing that I can only cash out 10X my bonus with them which is of course $750.

Now, i played my bonus down to zero that night which was 2 nights ago.
I decide to make a fresh deposit of $50 and play T-REX again. Hit the bonus round for little over $500 and at this point i was at around $670. I cash out 600 and leave 70 to play with.

This morning I got an email saying $750 has been approved for release and my cashin of $600 was rejected. I email customer service and this was the response.

" Hi Steve,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, i have just looked over your account and a mistake could have been made, I have forwarded this to my manager to take another look.

Please bear with us while we work this out, we are a reputable casino if this was an honest mistake by us sure you will get the rest of your money.

Apologies again

A mistake COULD HAVE been made? A mistake was clearly made, and why is there not anyone to resolve my problem now? Why do I have to wait till tomorrow because of their screw up? I called them as well and they said the cashier would not be in till tomorrow:mad:

Not a good start to keep me as a customer thats for certain. Anyone else have problems with these guys?

Im missing something????
from what you wrote...you never had a withdraw for 750 but 2 of 600 each.
if so...wich of the 2 has been declined?the first one or the second?

hmmmmm...if Im not mistaken...they do not process withdraws on week end...I could be wrong tho.

I thin it will be solved so u have nothing to worry about. I know that it is frustrating to have to wait, but at the same time, they have to make sure thaht they find the mistake and make sure that it doesnt happen again.
And like katka said - during weekends i ma not sure that they are processing...

Thats what I would like to know. I never had a withdraw for $750, which makes me think they just combined the two equalling $750 and assuming it was all won on my bonus money, which it was not. I was given $75 in bonus money and the rules state that only 10X the amount of the bonus can be cashed out. Fine. I followed the rules, cashed out 600 2 days ago, then deposited $50 last night, and once again cashed out $600, but that was on my own money, NOT a bonus. Hopefully it was just a careless human error, or computer error.

Like the person above said, I never had a cashout of $750, so why would they just take it upon themselves to combine the 2 cashouts, and reject the rest of the money?

Kakata's right. Unless you can actually find a rep here, you will have to wait until Monday for any resolution.

I know how frustrating it is to have to wait, but I have no doubt that you will be paid the correct amount.

I dont mind waiting a bit, I just hope they dont try to pull any shenanigans regarding what I won in my bonus money and what i won with the deposit after that. Mistakes like this should not happen, its pretty clear after you see my transactions i posted.

Hi there,

I do apologise for you having to wait until now for this for this mistake to be rectified. This required crediting cash to your account and then processing a withdrawal which my cashier team do not have permissions to do.

I have completed this now and the additional funds are already in your QT account.

Kind Regards
Tom

Thanks Tom

Well Monday morning has arrived and Tom from Club world came through:thumbsup: I guess this was just an honest mistake and either the computer or human error didnt realize the 2nd cashout of $600 was won on my $50 deposit and not bonus money. Although I do not like the fact these things cant be resolved on the weekends, I will continue playing on this casino. Seems as if management does all they can to make customers happy. I havent received the money just yet however, when I do, I would recommend this casino to friends and family.

For future reference, you might want to contact Tom via PM here and give him a reasonable amount of time to rectify the situation before you post about it.

There was no indication that Club World werent going to fix it - you just didnt give them the opportunity.

Club World are one of the good guys.

Well thanks for the advice but how was I to know this?

A) I am new to casinomeister, and I have no clue how to contact any casino reps on here, care to fill me in?

b) I am also new to club world . I have only played with casinos that have 7 days a week 24/7 support and I thought this was the case with them but its clearly not if its a cashier issue. If you put yourself in my shoes , you would have done the same thing. Apologies for not being as casinomeister savvy as yourself, I am still a newbie:notworthy

c) I have alot to contribute to this forum, I thought this would be a fun and informative site to join and I am glad I did. The only reason i joined Club World was because it was recommended by this site. I simply wanted a cashier mistake resolved sooner rather than later. They get our money as soon as we deposit and I think its only fair that casinos pay us out in a very similar timely manner, thats all.

Hey, you are new...don't worry about it. I would have done the same thing. As far as QT...request your withdrawal...and you can check the status. I always have mine the day after it says confirmed. Congrats on the win:thumbsup:

I wasnt having a dig at you - just giving you advice.

Did you do a search for Club World Rep? Or click on the "I Gaming Forum Reps" above the forum? Or even a post asking "Does anyone know how to get in touch with the Club World Rep". You could even have emailed/PMed Max or Bryan to ask what you should do.

However, ultimately Stephen the cashier emailed you saying:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, i have just looked over your account and a mistake could have been made, I have forwarded this to my manager to take another look.

So all you had to really do was bear with them as they asked.

I understand you're a newbie, but I reckon most of this is common sense.

Thanks oldtr :) As for your response nifty, yes I agree somewhat but I guess my patience is a little thinner when playing at a new casino and running into problems on the very 1st cashout. Keep in mind, this was their mistake, nothing to do with me. I would think that someone would have looked over this a little more thoroughly rather than just rejecting a legitimate cashout for $600.00 and going home for the weekend, dont you?

In that respect, I do agree that withdrawals should be paid 7 days a week if a casino is to open 7 days a week - its not rocket science. In this age there is no legitimate reason to only have accounts staff work 9-5 M-F.

Unfortunately the number crunchers follow their rules very strictly and sometimes miss unusual situations like yours (many players wouldnt deposit with a cashout pending) and it obviously didnt occur to them - and by the time the manager was informed they had gone home as you said and nothing could be done.

It is certainly human error and it wasnt your fault, but I would advise against making fresh deposits when you have a cashout pending that involves a bonus to avoid situations like this :)

Oh and welcome to CM btw!

Thanks Nifty, this is a great site. Yes I know most players wouldn't deposit having a pending withdraw issue, however I trusted the players comments on here regarding Club World and made a couple deposits over the weekend. I was pretty confident they would make good on their word after a couple emails and phone conversations. The only thing I do not like is the $3,000 max cashout per week. I play almost daily and normally if i deposit $50 and run it to $400 or better, I am cashing out. Thing is, I have had a few large hits ( One being $31,500) in my day and it was sent in a lump sum, and it appears club world would have to pay out something like that over a span of 10 weeks, well that is if I am fortunate enough to get 2 royal flushes in 3 hours again

Cashin was short now

I just checked my bank account and $750 of it was suppose to be sent ACH. My account showed $713.64, which is a shortage of $36.36. Now what is the deal? How do i pm a casino rep on this board? Have any of you been shortchanged like this before because I have, however, the casino (riverbelle and grand prive) would just credit the shorted amount to my casino account. The guy I just talked to on the phone said this is an international bank charge, I call B.S. here because why would my other casinos credit my casino accounts when I was shortchanged with that? Ugh, more aggravation, this is suppose to be fun :(

Go to "I Gaming Forum Reps", then look for Club World and send a PM to Tom.

Or go to his post and click on Club World.

Thank you oldtrv, i did just that. Some on here assume that everyone on this board knows these things since they have been long time members so take that into consideration before posting " how we should have handled it " threads.
