i have just had a long chat with support at club gold casino and are still none the wiser. I requested a withdrawal on Friday and its now well after lunch on the following Thursday yet still no payment. After contacting support yesterday i was told it would take 4 days from request so i waited another 24 hours. Ahh now Im told it will take 96 BUSINESS HOURS from request that is now 12 days to get a withdrawal according to what they describe as business hours (Only 8 per day) so be warned for those who don't realise that the 96 hours in the terms and conditions are not 4 days it would seem. i will keep you all posted. and report on how long it does actually take.

But from where I sit if a business is open 24 hours to receive your money then they should be open 24 hours to pay it back when required. Or maybe they should only accept payments from players during the so called business hours . CANT SEE THAT HAPPENING .

I presume it's your first withdrawal? So they have to verify your documents, this is probably the reason why it's not the mentioned 96 hours. Still no reason not to honour the promises made by support, but it's common.
Anyhow, congrats on your win. Don't get too frustrated, no good for your mojo :D
 
update on payment

Gday firstly no it wasnt my first withdrawal and all docs were in a year or so ago.

It would appear that the person on chat had Their interpretation of the Ts and Cs a little wrong.

payment has been made and a guy called Harry on chat said it was a missunderstanding .

So that would confirm that payments should be made within 96 hours of the withdrawal being requested and to be fair not including weekends (saturday and sunday) So 4 days is the time frame as it should have been. The payment was made ontime or close enough to it so all is OK. lets hope the support staff get an update so it doesnt happen again. Poor information created a situation that could have been avoided in the first place. anyway all good with club gold casino. Paid in full

Yeah live support, ugh, spoke to them a few times just to ask a quick question instead of contacting an affiliate manager (in general not club gold) and it made me feel glad I quit gambling so I don't have to deal with them on a regular basis.
