I am playing here the promo of every thursday , when finally finished the wagering requirements the casino delete my balance is a very dirty play from them, claiming that the time is over when it is not true .. hopefully no one here to play, is need me user i send

What do you mean by the time is over? Was there a time limit for completing the wagering?

On a side note, I'm getting cheesier and cheesier "personalized" emails offering me bigger and bigger bonuses. I think I'm up to 500% now.

Yes on Thursdays they do a free chip promo, you go to chat and say the secret phrase ;) and they give you a $20 freebie. You have a certain amount of time (24 hours?) to make wagering (I think it's like 50x for the promo) and if you make it, you can cash out $50.

However, it's not 24 hours from the time you claim the free chip, it's 24 hours from the start of the promotion, and the promo runs on the casino time, so if you're in a different time zone you have to adjust your playtime accordingly. Like here in Alberta I can get the Thursday free chip at 9pm on Wednesday night.

I've played a few times when I'm bored, never gotten close to making wagering though. I go in and do 10 spins on Rome and Glory and 10 spins on Penguin Vacation and I'm done. :)
 
Well I have to say I'm completely underwhelmed with my experience so far. I went to the website and plastered on the main page of the website it says, "Receive $20 free" I downloaded and signed up and didn't get any freebie. They don't have live chat so I decided to write to support to find out why - maybe an expired offer, maybe because they're sister casino to someone I have an account with, maybe they don't give out freebies to Canada. If they're related to a casino I already have an account with, I'd like to know before depositing.

That was approximately 12 hours ago and still no response to my email. :rolleyes: So it doesn't bode well for a long term relationship. JMO

i have played this every week since the moment i heard of it, this looks like a great playtech-bonus casino so far, the live chat is friendly and so far clear, im happy as i like playtech but mostly dont have much to spare (as i want to remain vip in my regular casinos) so after testing the casino a bit on the welcome freebie and this weekly promo i did take a huge deposit bonus and had fun, so im hoping this musclemx is not serious, or might be mistaken, as if he is correct i would not feel comfy to deposit again.

And, after all, many slots were "in maintenance". Support comes and goes and gives different informations. Too much confusion, imo. Or maybe I'm a beginner, and mine it's only inexperience.

hi carmel. i was wondering why livechat told me that withdrawals are pending for 96 hours and that club gold's interpretation of that was 96 BUSINESS HOURS which is 12 BUSINESS DAYS. i was fortunate to get approved on the sixth day.

also, why is the playthrough so high at 42xd+b? that is crazy high. i got lucky and made it once but includes load of luck and time.

i can honestly say that i get a lot of play time at club gold and have lots of fun but the pending period and playthrough is tough on us players.

Whether the mods think you disrespected someone is up to them....I was speaking only for myself and I don't believe that expressing that opinion is against the rules....everyone expresses an objection to something at some point.

I am not convinced with this casino, the wager is high and the bonus terms are unclear, too much spam in my email with continuous gifts, tried the no deposit bonus but never deposit and never will....the only playtech casino that i can trust is the mansion group for me

This is my experience with your Casino so far.

I received an email, from someone regarding your Casino.
Joined up and accepted the free £20. Lost that.
Received a personal phone call from my player manager a day later. Very friendly she was too.
Also then received an email stating my initial 200% sign up offer had been increased to 500%. States on the 200% a 35 times deposit+bonus wager.

I`ll give them a go,why not.

Deposited £26.. Recieved the 500%, Now playing with 156. No mention of wager or max cashout
Started playing but noticed that any progressive slot or Marvel Slot does not work. So I stuck to the usual slots, Penguin Vacation, Deep Blue, all those ones.
I started to win some large amounts. Eventually had the balance up over 2K. So I checked the bounus and I had nearly 9K still to wager. :(.
Played and played. Still had a balance od over 2K.

:eek: Oh no. There is a 10 times max cashout on any first deposit. There goes that new ipad i was going to but with these winnings.
Contiued to play on the slots, ie panthermoon etc, betting aroung £5/spin.
Eventually made the playthru of 9K. I STILL HAD A £1500 balance so I played for a while longer trying games I had not played before, still no jackpot, progressive or Marvel slots as non of them worked.

I gort fed up and initiated a withdrawal through Neteller for only £260. I contacted the live chat as there was still a few hundred left but as I had made the withdrawal it was useless. I was advised it would be removed the next day. It was.
Sent in the docs which are confirmed as verified early today.
Also advised that my playing history is now being looked at and if its ok they will complete the cashout.

How many times have I been told to read the terms and conditions. Its hidden away in 4.16 regarding max cash out rule. I did PM Carmel and she stated they have to do this as they have had bonus abuse. Just such a bummer when I could have withdrawn over 2k without this.

But more interestingly it now transpires that my 500% bonus did indeed, wait for it, have a 90times wager. And most of my slots had less than a 100% contribution according to live chat. For example I was informed that Panther Moon contibutes 82%

I find it all quite astonishing.
Its also a miracle that I managed to complete a £9360 wager. Live chat informed me to contact them for info regarding bonus wagering, slot ratio to wagers. I cannot fing much written info about this.

Also when you do go back into the casino a pop up appears which was offering me a 200% reversal bonus. I checked with support and this comes with a 50 times playthru. So if I was to go along with this am I corect in thinking thats a £39000 wager. Holy Cow.:eek:

So there you have it my friends. Feel free to question my stupidity on not reading the terms, I usualy do, but not this time. A good wake up call to new players - read the terms, any questions ask the forum !

I think the casino should be a bit more clearer in your promotions, especially the first time bonus.
Also at no point could I find any written info about my bonus wager or the slots weighting.

As for the Casino, typical playtech, nice site, nicely laid out and all of that.

Question is I do expect to get paid, as I could not really screw up by playing banned games, non of the worked anyway. I always stayed under a certain % level for the bets I was placing in relation to the balance.

Would I play here again.

I'm a newbie, but I' ve seen other casinos terms (15 x, 20x, 25 x).And I agree.You also have to think that they can move the pt up to 60 x ...and the bonus is not cashable.It's a suicide.Imo
 
I also think that ALL SLOTS should contribute 100% to every bonus. If they do not count 100% this should be clearly said in the terms and conditions of the bonus. You get to see the wagering requirements after you have deposited, and you don't get to see the contribution anywhere to my knowledge. If you run a reputable casino, every term should be clearly visible, and the bonus emails you send out should also mention the wagering requirements and weighting of games.

High Wagering

Personally, I have played and deposited in Club Gold Casino. I won over 2k and the processing of the withdrawals of moneybookers was quite smooth, takes about
3-4days. Everything seems ok except that the bonus wagering is extremely too high. And if I'm not wrong, there's a maximum cashout of 10x for your first deposit,
but the second deposit and thereafter has no cashout limit.

The bad thing is that this casino defines player VIP level. If you are set to VIP level 1, you can get high slot bonuses like 300% and above but you cannot play progressive
slots. The games will not be shown in your gaming menu. If you want to play progressive slots, you have to request for your upgrade to VIP Level 3 but of coz you will receive
lower bonuses. The wagering requirements is 70x and it takes alot alot of effort and LUCK to complete it. The only way is to deposit low and hope for a high payout slots.

Overall, Club Gold Casino shouldn't have any problems in payment processing because not many players will get to withdraw their money ( if you know what i mean, high wagering :p ).
This is one of playtech casinos which offers good bonuses! Only if the wagering requirements can be lower, it will be a PERFECT casino :)

My first withdrawal request, in May, took months to complete - partly due the casino not being able to pay out to the credit card I had used for depositing and me having to provide documents and Neteller account details. Even so, I got spun a line about "cheques being in the mail" and then them being stopped once I'd provided the Neteller details. However, I didn't/don't believe cheques were actually mailed as no cheques ever arrived.

Following this I was assured that future withdrawals would be able to be processed efficiently and within the promised time frame.

This second withdrawal request was made 2 weeks ago today and I've made repeated requests for information regarding the status but haven't even been given an anticipated payment date. All the casino staff have advised me is that they have sent requests through to the accounts department. At one stage I asked to chat directly with a member of the VIP team, who promised me that someone would phone me last Monday but no-one did. I sent an email directly to the VIP team on Wednesday, and followed up yesterday to make sure it had been received, but I haven't even had the courtesy of a response from that.

Nifty29, with regards to withdrawals, the majority of withdrawals are processed in the declared timeframe. There are a small minority that for some reason or other might take a bit longer, but the player is always kept in the loop and updated with the status of his withdrawals as well as the reason for the delay.
