I don't know why you're worrying about the bonus. AFAIK the WR is 75x with a 2x max cashout.

I won't touch them with a forty foot pole until they introduce fair and reasonable terms.

This is a PR accident waiting to happen. MOST players do not understand what is meant by "come through an affiliate", and will end up on the page displaying that offer, register an account, and then get told they are not going to get the bonus for a reason they don't really understand. They will feel they simply went on the internet, "clicked around for a bit", and ended up at the casino. This will give them a negative first experience, and they will feel they can no longer trust ANY promises, offers, etc that they see advertised on the web page. Even if they DO decide to play without the free chip, the next time something doesn't quite go as advertised will be their SECOND negative experience, and could convince them they were wrong in giving the casino a second chance after not getting their free chip.

As for the other point about WR, having slots count for 50% will simply look like a weighting designed purely to mislead players into believing the WR advertised is better than it is. MOST players understand that "slots count 100%" because they have the lowest RTP, and no strategy, and thus form the benchmark for WR. Another sneaky trick is to use the D+B calculation, as this also masks the TRUE WR. Microgaming have 30xB on slots (although a few use 50xB), so if this was expressed as D+B it would be a mere 15xD+B (for 100% bonus). This does not compare well with the 35xD+B offered by Club Gold.

I would like to clarify a few points just to clear up some misunderstandings that were cropping up:

  1. The 20 Chip No Deposit Bonus is available for all players, irrespective of whether the come through an affiliate or not. the only difference is that players coming through affiliate sites would have a different bonus code to players not coming through affiliate sites, which code they would have found on the affiliate site promoting the bonus.
  2. The only bonus for which gaming counts at 50% towards the WR is the 20 Chip No Deposit Bonus. The aim of this bonus is for new players to try out our games and maybe make something on the side. This is money that the casino is giving prospective players for free - no obligations necessary. As I said in my previous post - for the 200% signup bonus - all games except the ones mentioned in the Bonus Terms & Conditions count as 100% towards the wagering requirements. Quoting from the Terms & Conditions: Bets places on all versions of Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo, Darts, Heads or Tails, Blackjack (including Blackjack Switch and Blackjack Surrender), Pontoon, Craps and all fixed odds games will not count towards wagering requirements. Therefore ALL SLOTS count as 100%.

About your chat above, I have already informed the CS team about this, and necessary action has already been taken with regards to the agent involved. We will also make sure to take your suggestions on board and the Terms & Conditions will soon be updated showing the WR contribution for the games concerned

"and just a few hours to process"
so before i made the withdraw, i verified my documents, it was aproved
i verified the gamingm support says it was all ok
and only after all the things are verified i made the withdraw

today the support tolds me
"it takes more 96 hours to the money arrive at your instadebit account"
so it takes 96 hours to review account and gaming and another 96 hours to the money arrive afterall??

In the case of a first withdrawal, this might be slightly longer due to identification verification process. This is standard with all casinos, indeed all gambling sites. In your case you sent your ID verification details before you requested the withdrawal, and these were checked and verified last week.

Coming to this particular withdrawal, you requested your withdrawal on Friday night. Keeping in mind that there was a weekend right after, the 96 hours would expire Thursday night. However, I can confirm that payment request was processed by our payment processor this morning - well below our processing time. You should therefore receive the funds very shortly. Please keep in mind that 96 hours is the time frame for the casino to send the money (processing), but from the moment it is sent, we have no control, like all casinos, on how long it will take to hit the recipient account. It all depends on the methods chosen - Credit Cards can take 2/3 days, Moneybookers is instant etc.

So to be totally honest, I really can't understand what the issue is here…..

There are many casinos that include some slots into this category however this is not the case for us.

Why not just say "roulette" etc, which is a language casino players understand. "Fixed odds" sounds like something you might find in a sportsbook.

Under your description, ALL the games are "fixed odds", as they are all RANDOM are they not?

The only type of slot game I know of that is NOT "fixed odds" is a UK style "compensated" fruit machine (known as an AWP) where the software keeps adjusting the odds on a particular bet in order to keep the RTP within a certain predetermined range.

It is likely that a player may play a game that they consider a normal "random casino game" that is not specifically listed as excluded, and find they have their winnings voided because it has been classed as a "fixed odds" game, yet at the same time all the other "fixed odds" games they played were NOT a problem. This could make them feel the casino is simply changing their definitions of excluded games purely in order to void winnings they don't want to play.

I think this wasn't about payment processors in between (where your statement would be 100% correct), but rather about the lack of control after the moment the payment is sent. For example how long it will take until the mailman brings you your cheque or how long it will take until your bank credits a wire. And this is an issue no casino can solve completely unless they are owned by the postal service or your bank ;-)

100% agree, but I have to admit I had to find this site before learning about the possibility to flush withdrawals through and get a deeper insight on business processes in the e-gambling industry in general.

Nevertheless, I think you guys are a bit too harsh sometimes. We got a casino rep here, who is willing to try and resolve our issues and maybe even willing to learn something about the business and player demands in general. So don't hit them with a club every time they make a mistake, but honor their efforts, share your knowledge and give them friendly feedback on how to improve. After all I think this is the best way a rep's thread can be utilized.

Seems I'm too late for an edit, I reread the OP and saw it is an affiliate instead of a casino rep. So he can't improve the way the casino will handle it, but I still consider my main point valid. Within my first online casino experiences in quite a few casinos, I wouldn't have found his quote regarding the 96hrs period and the ID request to be wrong, simply because I didn't know any better.
