Ok so still not much bad to say about this casino itself.

I requested the withdrawal on the 21st (Wensday) it is now Saturday and i have just been told my account was verified yesterday, and now face a 4 business day wait to 'process' the withdrawal, as Monday is a bank Holiday i am looking at the 30th for funds to hit my neteller.

That's still 9 days for a withdrawal.


This for me is long as i'm use to next to instant withdrawal's at some of the other known casino's, even on bank holidays/weekends

As you are aware we received your documents on the 22nd and your account was verified on the 23rd which brings us within/under our time frame which excludes weekends.
UK bank holidays do not affect our processing unless it’s a credit card transaction in which case we will still process on a bank holiday, leaving on the bank to pick up the transaction the following day.

My experience in ClubGold was overall great, and like posted here already your CS is topnotch! If you would also fasten up the cashout process you would be the perfect casino, as 6days for a cashout to neteller is, compared to your competitors, a little long. I understand that this might be not as easy as you have your internal procedures but it would be sad if players stay away from your great casino only because others pay out faster.

I wil be back for sure ;)

I totally understand the concern about withdrawal times, although we are still within the 4 days (as weekends are excluded) we are seriously aiming to narrow down the time to 48 hours. I am glad to point out that this should now be achievable over the next couple of weeks.

No withdrawal for me, but (at my request) I did receive a phone call from Peter and my tech issue got nicely sorted. Peter even inquired about my trip to Cuba last year, it was just before it when we last spoke. Now I don't care if he remembered or he made a note on my file, it is still a nice personal touch.

I totally agree with you. And in my previous post I failed to also mention that we had also contacted the affiliates mailing service directly putting an end to this practice.
However it is quite in the norm of the industry, if not beyond, to give a warning first if an affiliate has never been implicated of such practices on a program before.
Two complaints and the affiliate account is toast!

Please note that your funds were and are in your account.
In order to use them you need to click on the "transfer" button so as to decide the amount you want to bring into the casino.
The funds are alway deposited into the player account and allow the player to choose the amount they wish to bring in (e.g. buy an entry fee for a tourney etc).
I'm a bit suprised that you didn't PM me first as I would have been able to assist further.

As for the bonuses, whilst on the website they are still showing as non redemable, as I have claimed in other posts, they actually are not removed from the balance, therefore whatever you win is yours. We will be updating this shortly on our terms as it is an improved feature.

If yes and they didn't tell you this, i agree it would be sloppy but if you neglected to do so.. well then it's on you:)

I also deposited a small one in the new Club Gold, and was met with great support, nice bonuses and a fair offer of games.
I only don't really like those Tain games personally, but that is personal and i don't have to play them of course.

I have nothing negative so far, didn't get to cashout so i have yet to see how that goes, but for my small deposit i have been pampered abundantly.

Will definitely come back for more, first thing on the agenda is checking out their tourneys, didn't quite get how they work, some are free to enter, some have a fee, and it seems like they are a kind of wagering tournaments?
I'll be honest, didn't really bother to read the guide, but will do so on my next deposit.

I also think they should be going for the BBF, as soon as they feel they are ready!

It may not have been totally obvious, however when my account wasn't loaded immediately after the deposit, i just checked the menu and saw "deposit", "withdraw" and right under it "transfer" so i found it pretty obvious.

Didn't have to ask support, but i am sure if i had been confused about it they would ave have told me easily how to do it.
Agree on the search function: their friendly Vip Rep Nadine, told me that that was on the top things of the To Do - list.

I totally respect and appreciate your feedback and I do agree with you that these features and suggestions will be available soon as I have mentioned.
My suggestion on the PM or the live support was merely a suggestion in order to give you the correct information prior to going to post directly on the thread. Obviously you are free to approach our platform and describe your experience in your own way. Just saying.

The search option as I have mentioned a few times here will be available in the next week or so. As for the bonuses, whilst the terms will be updated to reflect the bonuses, live support currently gives information that reflects the site as to avoid discrepancies. But as I said that will be changed soon.

With regards to my spelling mistakes I truly apologize for the inconvenience, but speaking and writing in four different languages is challenging sometimes :) Especially if English is not my mother tongue. I will be more careful.
