I think Cirrus has a new manager. An email is the only thing I have, but it looks legit. Hopefully this will be what we need to speed up our long-due payments and in turn rebuild Cirrus' credibility. Of course, I'm not going to jump the gun and say that cirrus is changed for the better until payments are being made.

I certainly reviewed your account about your payout issue.

I will be lloking to assist you.

... that your payout has been taking care of.

Maybe it's the English teacher in me, but I wouldn't put too much stock in any changes just yet if they can't even have someone proofread their emails.

Hi MacGyver:

"Maybe it's the English teacher in me, but I wouldn't put too much stock in any changes just yet if they can't even have someone proofread their emails".

My sentiments exactly. I think a course in the English language would be a great starting place for Allison or at the very least show the girl how to use the spell check feature. Makes you wonder what kind of process CIRRUS goes through in hiring "Managers."

Have a good one.

On the flip-side, I want to personally take the time to thank Allison. I showed her writing to some of my Korean students, and used it as an example of how NOT to write. We had a blast correcting the work! :notworthy That has to rank in the Top-10 of my "All-Time Classes Conducted" list, and certainly amongst the Top-5 "All-Time Unintentional Comedy" list as well.

We can all use "Cirrus" as a shining example as how NOT to run a business. Now, they're giving us DOUBLE-the-education... AWESOME!!! :notworthy

Again, thank you Allison and "Cirrus". :)

This casino's new management really has a chance to shine here and set a new name for themselves. Unfortunately, it appears as if they're already slowpaying again. Myself and I'm sure others will be watching this new management for any changes. If there are any.

I think they need to change owners not management.

The management is only capable of doing what the owner allows.

Ama

You're soooooo right.

From the latest posts, it seems to me this was just a con to get players to deposit that have had bad experiences in the past.

Who knows if there even is "new management"? By an email from them saying they do? Let's have some solid proof....but it's not like we'll see it.

Good newsletter

For some reason I no longer automatically receive the Casinomeister Newsletter and that is a pity, especially in this case which I thought was a very good example of this useful publication.

One thing caught my eye and should give pause for thought to our UK members if they value their personal rights:

Quote:

....one of the highlights was the panel discussion on "Legal Concerns for US-Facing Operations"

Frank Catania moderated a panel of experts which included D. Brett Hale, VP of the American Gaming Association, J. Daniel Walsh from Greenberg Traurig , Mark Spragg - Partner, Jeffrey Green Russell UK, and Mark Balestra, VP of publishing - River City Group.

The panel discussed a number of things - one was the ease the US has to extradite anyone from the UK. The US can merely make a claim that the person has broken a law, and the UK cannot challenge whether or not an offense had been committed. They are obligated to extradite the individual.

Scary stuff - it seems as though human rights are just tossed to the wind and citizens of the UK are subject to US law.

Most European nations require that probable cause is presented with the extradition. The UK doesn't require this.

Please refer to my newsletter that covers my meeting with Virtual Casino here:

It's during Day Two of the EIG.

I hope others have better experiences with them.
You have contacted many times with operators and nothing changed before.
I think to fire a manager don't change nothing as someone told before.
You have a pab of mine of what type of orders receive the managers from upper management.

Blocked bounced message is the problem. It's your wonderfull ISP. Do you have a Hotmail or Yahoo account? If so, please PM the address to me and I'll replace it.

Should I file a dispute with montana overseas as well? I have already PAB to casinomeister. It has been 35 days since my last payment.

In related news, it appears as though my transaction history in the cashier has been erased. Luckily I took several screenshots.

I hope to be caught up with these today. I have some important administrative stuff to take care of beforehand. But as soon as this is finished, I'll be banging away at these.

As in filing an issue with Montana, I honestly feel that I can be more productive since I am dealing wiht the operator directly - and we have an agreement that these issues will take priority.

Ximo. Your problems with them was a case of not following terms and conditions (if I recall correctly). I can check into this again, but this sounds like an issue of sour grapes.

Slow pay blues

I've just been refreshing my memory by re-reading this thread and I have to say it doesn't look good for Cirrus.

The numerous complaints of slow-pay here to my mind are strong indicators that there is a cash flow problem at this venue....and that inevitably leads to player hassles and ultimately disappointment and distress.

New manager or not, I would stay the hell away from this place.

Very Impressive Cirrus!

I also was recently paid on my recent Cirrus withdrawal request. Placed 10/31, neteller paid on 11/27. Nearly four weeks. Personally, I'll rank that as "annoying".

(We're talking about $500 bucks here, nothing gigantic).

I didn't PAB, that might have shaved a week off the process, but there didn't seem to be any point in harassing the Meister.

A friend of mine who I referred to Cirrus had the cashable bonus he signed up for removed from his account, with Cirrus saying it was non-cashable to begin with.

Montana was no help, saying that unless he can prove it was cashable then he is SOL.

I haven't checked my account lately, but I'm probably in the same boat.

Any recourse?

Holy crap, nice work on getting paid! You must feel a big weight lifted off your shoulders. Pretty amazing they paid that fast in that little time. Hopefully I'll be able to post similar results in the near future. So far $0 in the last 3 months.
