Well here it is it seems that as soon as we US players manage to get and keep our winnings. This kind of sh-t happen's and we all suffer for who we are.I went to my Circle acct. this am to set up a payout and the addy in the drop down is no longer there?
Those of you who are familiar with this system will know what I'am talking about.I sent off a voicemail and this am I got this response=

Ted (Circle)
Dec 7, 9:09 AM EST

Hi me,

Thanks for reaching out about this.

Due to recent changes, Circle accounts holding US Dollars, GB Pounds, and Euros are not able to use Bitcoin anymore. This means that those accounts can no longer do the following:

send money to a Bitcoin address
convert their account currency to Bitcoin
generate a new Bitcoin address for receiving Bitcoin to their account.
For more information on the decision and the reasoning behind it, check out our co-founders’ blog post, found here.

Luckily, we’ve made sending and receiving money between other Circle customers even easier! We’ve increased the base limit for customers using those aforementioned currencies, so newer customers can send up to $400/£300/€400 per week from their card, depending on their local supported currency.

If you still want to buy and sell Bitcoin, feel free to sign up for Coinbase using our referral link (found here). Using that link will allow you to get $10 of free Bitcoin!

Thanks again for your understanding. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best,

Ted - Team Circle

This suck's in soo many way's:puke: And now WHAT! I swear that it just seems that we here and other place's apparently just can't go about our biz without some one making change's to what already work's for me.Please give me any input if thing's are different where you are at? Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Well this is just ridiculous. Now what? I'm so frustrated anymore. It was a perfect system for me!

Coinbase accepted my bank card, they did 2 small temp. withdrawals and they posted to my account.

They said I was good to go..... went to buy.... bank flagged it.

Talked to bank. Approved for this once. Will have to call for every purchase.

My pre-paid would not go through at all where-as they did work with Circle.

Plus, the attempt on my pre-paid flagged my account so when I went to use it

at walmart.com, it wouldn't go through either. Had to call them too!

Plus, a $100 a week limit is lame as hell.

Also they charge 3.75% when purchasing......

Always a joy!

Two days in a row of "fun" with this and other crap going on.

I have to wonder what fresh hell tomorrow will bring.

Although I don't use them as much because the fees got insane. LibertyX is a great option for buying bitcoins locally. You bring cash to a store load the amount you want and the bitcoins are instantly transferred to your wallet of choice. Still the fees are comparable to Coinbase and you aren't limited to the weekly buy limits etc. I use to use LibertyX a lot more when their fees were 0-1% but now they've risen to 4-6% depending on the store. But it is a great option if you want to make bigger purchases and its super fast.

That sucks about Circle they were great in the time I used them a while back but I found better options.

So I've been searching for info regarding Circle and their decision, take a look at Twitter, looks like Circle is ok with people using them to buy Adult Content, in fact nearly every single post with CirclePay in the tag is some type of solicitation for adult X. Interesting that the righteous Circle is ok with using their App for those types of purchases.

I foresee this app turning into a shady operation with the reputation of Snap Chat. People are going to use any App or Service for what they want, the sooner Companies and the Government learn this the better off we will all be... They have more important issues than to stop people from using Bitcoin for gambling, or better yet they should just make USA Casinos available online, I would love to play something other than freaking RTG, or BetSoft for once.

I found other methods to purchase bitcoin since my Circle account didn't work for 2 months, so I don't rely on them. Though it does anger me that I have $.08 in my account that I can't do anything with since their withdrawal limit is $1.00 .

Honestly at this point I might just consider taking a break for a while it is Christmas after all....

I made a few call's to Circle support and also to coinbase and I gathered this. That according to circle the reason that they are stopping any BTC transaction's is because they are starting a new monetary fund of their own it is called Sparks. It will be in app. soon but they have given a direct link to Coinbase because it is as close to Circle as they could find that will deal in BTC and also other monies.

As near as I can see it Coinbase is real close to circle in as much you can get your payouts sent to your Coinbase acct either in Bitcoin's or in USD there are wallet's there for both. And I set my credit/debit card's up to be able to sell off my Bitcoin's and send the money after sell and fee's to my bank.

Now this is time consuming BUT! The transactions are instant when selling off Bitcoin's from your primary acct.I also had to wait for the small deposit's to get my cards OK'ed. And agreed the small allowance for purchasing is a drag. But it will grow I have no doubt.

So I guess what this is Circle does not wish to deal in BTC period and they have set measure's into play to compete with BTC for the virtual million's.We should all be good with Coinbase I don't care for the absorbent fee's censored But I have already set up a payout to my new acct. at Coinbase and I just changed my card acct. to USD and that generates a USD BTC code.

I will post here the minute I get the payout and let everyone know HOW IT WENT!Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Be warned, Coinbase has a KYC policy after you purchase a certain amount They require a photo of you holding your ID and a drop of your blood (j/k), but seriously you are going to have to give them a ton of information.

If you Gamble using Bitcoin from Coinbase know they have advanced intelligence that is constantly watching for the behavior associated with Gambling, there are a lot of reddit posts about people getting banned for suspected gambling.

I personally now get my bitcoin for playing online elsewhere. I pay fees that are ridiculous but I don't have to worry about a full account freeze or anything like that for using their bitcoin in a way that they don't see as fit.

No matter how it is sliced it still looks like fruit cake. I am under the suspicion that no matter what way we come up with to deposit money it will garner the attention of big brother. As soon as we get options it is shut down quickly :sob:censored

I just signed up for coinbase but haven't put any details/accounts in yet. Am I to assume it works just like Circle? Do I send from my Blockchain to the Coinbase and then cash out like I did with Circle?
I haven't decided whether to try doing this or wait around a while and see what happens next.

Hi Deanna,

I hope this thread stays popular. I am looking for ways to make it work also.

Since Circle "recommended" coinbase, you would think a person could

deposit into Circle and then send to coinbase. I say this because I am

still looking for ways to get the funds INTO casinos. My bank card

doesn't like me to use coinbase, so I have to call every time I want to

use it..... a headache in my opinion.

Ready to give up!

If I deposit into a casino I use my Blockchain account. I do the payout to Blockchain also, then I'd transfer that to Circle and cash out to my bank. What I'm assuming is I can drop Circle altogether and use Coinbase instead. Deposit into Coinbase with my bank account, transfer those bitcoins to Blockchain then use Blockchain to deposit into the casino. If all that makes sense. But you're saying your bank doesn't like to to put money into Coinbase? If that's true - another headache.

Hey Deanna, I think that the whole real problem with deposit's thru CoinBase is that they will charge each and every time you make a move. Either depositing or withdrawing.I can say yes you can get your withdrawal thru Blockchain and then shoot it over to Coinbase and cash out thru your bank. I do think that is possible.
But this being a new system and I'am not yet familiar with the in's and out's of the site. The hard part is the fee's they are in this for the money and they make it at every move,But if I can get the bulk of my winning's sent to my bank :thumbsup::yahoo::cheers:

I have 2 withdrawal's in the work's at Coinbase and I will post all that I know 1 is and should be there very soon.Peace out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Well I can say that Coinbase is a to this moment credible BTC wallet with the same move's as Circle. I have 4 withdrawal's in the work's and I just got the smallest one for 250.00 and it was sent in BTC and you can chose the method of pay by making sure your bank is verified and set up as a USD wallet. Then you can get a BTC addy. from that wallet and when you get the BTC it automatically sell's it and it is put into USD and then you withdraw the amount directly into your Coinbase USD wallet.

I had sent an e-mail to the CS at Coinbase and the reply was up front and to the point I tried it and I have had success SO far. My funds will appear in 1 to 2 working day's in my bank.I used the USD addy for 2 of my withdrawal's and the BTC wallet for the other 2 which mean's I will have to sell my BTC and convert it to USD but this is instant. So no real lose of time but the fee's and such may lower your winnings a bit?

I can say that almost 90% of my payout's in BTC the amount paid was greater than the amount owed.In some instance's hundred's of dollar's. I made about $9.50 from the $250.00 payout.

So give a try I don't really use the BTC at any wallet for deposit's. I mean I don't buy them I just leave a amount in my acct. when I get a withdrawal. So depositing may be a bit different I will try so that all is well for those of you that are wondering.Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Your problems may begin when the IRS starts asking questions why you are getting all these withdrawls from selling BTC. Unless of course you plan on declaring it all on your tax returns.

I advise trying to find a different way to cash out your bitcoins unless you don't mind big brother stepping in and asking questions down the road.

Look it up the IRS is coming down hard on Coinbase and filed injunctions to get a list of every user on that site and every sale they made.

Well, bob I declare my winning's since I use my bank acct for the winning's and my bank will do the IRS thing long before the IRS and Coinbase problem.
And since I'am a US player I have the choice of declaring my winning's or not? If I do and I make a lot off gaming my IRS tab may be kinda large. But if you gamble to make more out of your life and to make sure that we or I have the thing's I need.Hard choice's and if I wish to worry over the Coinbase problem NOW I would be a little concerned. The FBI are bullies and they want to make sure that all gambler's are on the up and up.

For the time being the way I have played for well over 20 year's will just have to suffice?Thank's for the head's up thou.Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

I think i will just have to have a little patience and hope a more secure system can be put in place. My deposits had dwindled down to 2 casinos. Now it seems i am going to be down to one. I am so frustrated with this BS

Bitpay card

I have been w/d to my coinbase acct. - transferring to bank acct, with no problems. But after reading of things which may come, I decided to invest $9.95 for a Bitpay card using $$ in coinbase for payment. 7-10 days later the card arrived with a pin #. You'll need a Bit pay app. I activated the card, then go to ADD FUNDS & enter $$ amt. (I did a test run small amt.) Bitpay creates an invoice for payment from your coinbase wallet. (Open ur coinbase wallet ahead of time) press send & BAM just like that $$ are loaded on card! W/d @atm! Good Luck!

I decided to stay silent for a bit because I wanted to see if anyone else could discover what I did.

Essentially Circle was never in it for the Bitcoin part anyways. They really wanted to become the next Pay Pal of the world, and initially thought Bitcoin would be the solution. Yet because Bitcoin for the most part is pretty untraceable except to a computer. They've decided because there's no absolute way to positively ID the person who's sending you there BTC.

They've decided to bow out of buying and selling BTC as an exchange, and to venture off into there own Pay Pal like system. That way they know both ends of the transaction.

Plus another main point I've brought up on a personal note, this wasn't anywhere based on fact. I'm going to guess the huge increase over the course of 2 years has also brought them there knees a bit. I mean common would have guessed over the last 2 years a price of a single coin would go from $250 to well over $750. That's a huge increase.

So anywho getting back to the facts there still going to base there new payment system on the blockchain, but not around BTC in of itself. Circle may not be out forever, they've said there is a possibility that they may come back into the playing field eventually. Yet we shall see how this new Pay Pal like adventure works out for them.
