USA people may want to read...

I was under the impression when they wouldn't take my Green Dot or my Netspend card that prepaid weren't allowed from the beginning at Circle anyways. That all cards had to be tied to a physical brick and mortar checking account. Not a virtual bank account.

Which to be honest, since Circle is a fair and regulated money transmitter here in the US. I can't see why people would be putting money onto a prepaid card to be paying extra fees just to get a few BTC. Unless if your in that 10% of the unbanked in the US. Then at that point, yeah I could kind of sort of see why couldn't.

On either note, hopefully the IRS doesn't win it's case.

It may have depended on the card.....I have one that has been accepted for

quite a while but I received an email stating that they will no longer take it.

I have another regular card registered that is good, but thought people

would want to know, just in case.
