Cinemacasino's new sucking Terms?

I've played now at cinemacasino, which i've done many times before and it is there also be nice, that they give me a 15% bonus, wheter i want, or not, but i could always withdraw my money at anytime, but this is now no more available!

I've talked with the chat support, but he told me only, that i must WR 15x and this is really a joke!

I told him, that i never want his joking 15% bonus, because i never have redeemed them, but he told me only, that i get this bonus always automatically and could not cancel this option!

So now i had doubled my balance and would certainly give up and i had always at any time a cash balance and bonus balance.

I see these bot now, but i can't withdraw my money, so they should be rogued!

Seems another casino wants to rewrite the rules for MG EZBonus. If this 15x includes the deposit as well, this is not worth the bother, and if you cannot refuse the bonus, might as well play elsewhere.
If they lose customers, they may rethink this.
The idea may be to stop "bonus abuse", yet they say you cannot refuse the bonus!
Perhaps if you deliberately abused a couple of these they will find a way to ban you from receiving them, and then you could play without bonuses. They may not offer this on all deposit methods either. If I remember, this 15% was for their preferred methods, and credit card deposits got nothing, or 5% at most.

I made my deposit with "Paysafecard" and i played directly after making my deposit, because normally the bonus comes only 5-8 hours later, but today they were very fast with their bonus and i surely know, that i could before really at anytime withdraw my money and it was not necessary to fullfill any WR!

I told the support, that i'll never come back to play on their casino and i deinstall it now, becasue now i feel, that they have steal my money!

Okay, i've won more on their casino, as i'd lost, but is this really an error from me?

If i lose, i'm very welcome, but if i win more times i'm not welcome?

Probabyl i should really only play on "Lucky Nugget" in the future, because they were always fair to me and they gave me every weekend a 100% bonus, if i maed a non bonus deposit during the week, on which i can withdraw my cash balance at any time!

Ok, the terms are 30x WR the bonus!

I had really luck, because with their new terms, i could make my deposit from 100.- up to 330.-

But now i'll deinstall it, because i want self decide, when i get a bonus and when not!

Vegas Partner has changed their terms many times over the past few months. A summary of changes in chronological order is below:

1. Can cashout at any point like a traditional Clearplay

2. T&C suggests required playthrough. However, support told me that required playthrough is only for 15% match bonus, not for the sign-up bonuses.

3. Vegas Partner introduces many new free play offers.

4. T&C becomes unclear with contradictory terms about required playthrough. Players report that they are able to cash out after having made 100 bets, regardless of having completed wagering. Support gives different and inconsistent information about minimum playthrough rules.

5. A few players report that the minimum is 10,000 bets, rather than 100 bets. Support confirms 10,000 bets.

6. Players report inconsistent information about cashout rules. Support gives inconsistent information about cashout rules. When I last checked, 3 support reps gave 3 different answers. One said the full 30x playthrough is required as has been since the new free play offers (#3) and management changed their midn about rule (#5). When I last checked the T&C, it still had inconsistent and contradicting information about playthrough rules.

I thought also, that this 30x WR term is only for the free sign up bonus, but not for the 15% bonus, which you "must" get!

That means, that every user must playthrough their full balance 4 times, before he can cash out, and this is certainly not accepatble for me!

They've lost me now, but i'm happy about it, that i've could make my balance money from 100 to 330, only for this new rule *lol*

It's certainly very big luck, because i could also lost all my money!

This is really frustrating, and I have been ignoring this casino since they implemented this must-wager rule.

They really make you wager it all. Luckily there are other Microgaming casinos that let you withdraw any time.

Funny, I had taken the front door bonus at two VPL casinos. But they were a bit too slow to process my money, so I missed out. Good luck on my part, I s'pose.

You cannot access any of these casinos at the moment. I tried from Casinomeister's page of accredited casinos and also using Google. They are all down.

Crazy Vegas owes me $800.00 since 7/25! I thought I had been paid but it was actually a withdrawal from Maple Casino which showed up in my EcoCard account under the name Crazy Vegas.

I was asking EcoCard where my monies were and they requested I get the transaction number from Maple which I did. EcoCard pointed out the monies were in my account, labeled as Crazy Vegas.

I keep a list of all my withdrawals by date, amount and casino. When the withdrawal is received I mark it "rec'd" with the date. I suppose it might be time to talk to the Vegas Partner Group manager on here see what's up.
