lovetogamble, they are sister casinos and they will say each others names in the deposit codes sometimes. I withdrew from Slotsoasis and it showed a Rushmore withdrawal, but knowing that they are connected, I knew it was from SlotsOasis since it was the EXACT amount I withdrew from them (Slotsoasis).

So if it shows one casino and not the other and it shows only 1 debit (which yours is showing), it is from the casino you deposited to. Nothing unusual in that when more than one casino is connected. Fotune Lounge does this to me sometimes..when withdrawing..shows the wrong casino but the right amount.

You only have 2 withdrawals on your list...it does not show a double dip...Rushmore could be Cherry Red or a Slotsoasis deposit.

Well live chat says Louise is gone for the day and no one with any authority is there to do anything....but it's my own fault I should know better than to ever play any RTG other than iNetBet or Club World. Even without live chat iNetBet would have had this cleared up in minutes. It's only $40 but this is BS and really bad customer support! I told the gal on live chat they had charged me twice for $40 each and no reply..nothing. I finally just close the chat out.

Those are 2 pending deposits for $60...where is my other $40? I have made two deposits on the $100 gift card...one to Cherry Red last night for $40 and one to inetbet for $20 this morning and my balance is 0. So I was charged $40 by someone else cause I didn't deposit anywhere else.

Call the card company and they can tell you. But your records only show 2 transactions and to blame one casino over another is not the right thing to do as of yet...check your accounts at the casinos and see if they did indeed charge you twice..just got to reports and it will show there what transactions you have done..

I had a similar problem with cherry red yestersday as well ! I deposited $35 and even recieved an email from cherry red stating that my deposit was successful and my account has been credited $35- but there was no money in my account ! -also, my bank account shows this purchase at cherry red as pending !! i contacted live chat but nothing was solved - even though the chat rep was polite !- i emailed Louise yesterday and she said something about a shadow payment on my bank account - well, anyway, it is still pending in my bank account and my balance has lowered by that amount of $34.97 ! so, i don't know what is going on ! still there is no money in my account at cherry red either !! Hopefully this will be solved in some way !!

Sorry for your bad luck but something at Cherry Red is not working too well and I know they took $40 off my $100 gift card twice...but I'm giving up! If Louise is the only one who can assist in helping find out what happen then that just stinks.

Trust me just play, you are not alone. I am am very unlucky on CR and SO, never tried RM yet. I managed to lose thousand bucks that was so hard to make while waiting for approval. Apparently, the faxback form I sent via email, was lost somewhere in a cyber black hole. :rolleyes:

Personally Louise was a such great help but still... And I can't hit a damn thing after that.

when I have a pending withdraw an waiting for approvel of forms I uninstall the casino that way I dont go back an play

I'm not trying to trash Cherry Red or Rushmore either one in fact I was just trying to make another deposit after I lost the first $40...when the card wouldn't work anymore because the balance down to apparently $20 that's why the 20 worked at inetbet because that was all that was left on the card after being charged $40 twice by CR. What a soap opera. Live chat at CR said they have emailed Louise so maybe she will check this all out later for us.

Thanks for the wise advice Cindy, that what i should've done. Will be smarted next time. I just blame it on my bad luck and me for being silly.... :baby:
What I found really annoying though, that you can not even request a withdrawal before they receive the docs. It will be rejected.

yes I found out the same way I tried to do a withdraw an they asked for the documents
I printed out the faxback form an uninstalled the casino till they said they had recieved it I then reinstalled the casino an did the withdraw

I have 1 pending now for $500 goin past the 48 hrs so I am a little upset at this

as I want to redeposit but only way to do that is to cancel the pending withdraw I won't do that as then the 48 hr period starts all over lol it's what they want you to do but I won't

Yup, Just Gamble I'm going through the exact same thing. I have a Rushmore deposit pending; I'm positive its from CherryRed its happened before. The actual deposit already posted two day ago. Since it has casino in its name I'm stuck for seven days.

Also, After the new game upgrade I have deposited about 3hundo and can't win a thing. Today I played through 107.00 playing maninly 20 cents with only 1 bonus feature. The grand total of the bonus 1.55. WoW

From the looks of some of you guys it seems like you can win. I've been unlucky with rtg for a while now. So its not only CR. I'll try them again next year. Good Luck
 
I did get a response from Rushmore rep who basically told me that it's a pending deposit that should get returned back to my card in a few days....I guess 7 by what others are saying. He was nice enough to give me some few credits for all the hassle. I think this is a netspend double dipping thing.
 
Im a little disappointed because I really enjoy the new games at cherry red but I still keep crashing. Its the only casino that does this. It loads everytime I go for a new slot (still).

I got paid from Oasis in just under 48hours so Im satisfied with that aspect but I hope they fix this problem at cherry red
 
Heads up on Netspend. They have been double entering every casino transaction I've made in the last 10 days. Beware!

I've switched to Wired Plastic.
As I said, it was not nice to blame a casino for accounting practices of the card account. And for the CASINO to give you money for the aggravation by Netspend was more than kind...I said it was most likely on the banking end and it was..no need to bash the casino for their Netspends greed...before finding out the real answer..

I just get very tired of so many complaints on casinos that actually try to do the right thing as I know the casino reps do because of jumping the gun too soon and pointing fingers before one asks...making them look bad when some of them are actually quite decent for a change..
