I did get released from the desk for about 19 hours, and am back again!

Concerning the pending deposits, I know they are rather annoying! There is no way they can stay pending on our system, so it can only be that they in pending with the card issuer. Therefore, there would be nothing we can do to clear that status, as on our side, they show as declined. You can always speak with your bank to try and get them to clear it off of your account, and if they are unable to do that or if you just wait, they clear off normally within 24-48 hours.

There have been a couple of people yesterday that this happened to and both have had the pending status cleared off, so I hope this is the same for the others that is happened to!

Mine is still happily pending since Thursday.:lolup: I think some said it takes 7 days...which is more like my luck!:thumbsup:

Please be careful on this. It's a way the bank gives false sense of more funds in your banking account. They have done this forever in the past 2 years..where something is pending and removed from your balance then it pops back into your balance only to be removed completely.

The bank has caught me doing this only once in which I thought I had xxx number of dollars after they credited the withdrawal back not knowing it was only temporarily and then the next day it's gone plus some because I thought it was spendable..

I was told that the charge "holds" are redeposited at the time of clearance back into the account by the banks to clear the charge from pending..many have had bounced transactions because of this thinking they had more money than it actually is because of this and this is the way the banks get to charge their fees against overdrafts that THEY create. The casino has nothing to do with this..it's the banks way of messing with your money..

I know, I was caught once and I screamed bloody murder, got my fees back and they said that they will not refund any fees after that due to my knowledge of the process now..

So be careful, don't spend any money redeposited by the bank for a few days..they are clearing the pending charges this way...and that money will be taken back out to cover those charges..

If I look at my online banking late at night it gives the wrong balance in my favor.

However, I didn't know that what it was. thanks for posting that info.
 
Funny this topic came up as my bank just changed the way they display my online banking history.

Now it shows pending credit transactions and where the charge was made.
I use this account to pay my vendors for my retail site and it's great not to have to wait a day or two to match up the charges to the vendors.
 
well- my pending charge cleared today and my money is somewhere but where?? i don't know cause I checked my acct. at red cherry and it is not there ! I have contacted Louise so, i really don't know what is going on now - :confused:

Slots Oasis and Cherry Red are the biggest crocks I have EVER seen.


First time at Oasis I played about 1 hour on $250 (400% bonus) and low and behold it's no different at Cherry Red.

I hit maybe 5 bonus rounds and got in the range of $10 on $1 bet....(I see people getting hundreds on 0.20 and 0.40 bets.)

Ya, sure, it's just luck, give me a fekkin brake. I never hit anything at all, I mean NOTHING.

I think it's really funny to see the people who hit....kinda strange how it's always the same people. Must be lucky. :rolleyes:

Yeah, Slots Oasis is managed by a bunch of crooks all right. I lost $30 trying to meet their WRs. I will keep silent about Cherry Red though as I won $200 off their deposit bonus.

Well, the same could be said of Inetbet and Clubworld and all the rest of the RTG I guess since they have been taking all my deposits too...:lolup:

Actually, it seems all the RTG's are taking 3 out of 4 deposits and allowing 1 to actually hit enough to withdraw. I have withdrawn from all of them these past 2 weeks , some a little and some a lot..

I am not finding them playing any different than the other....I do find that I favor Cherry Red and Clubworld more lately due to the new games at Cherry and the Jackpot locator button ont he main page for Clubworld. Best feature ever implemented by an RTG. I also am finding because I am playing more at these two that I also am losing MORE at these two...

Cherry, Rushmore, Slotoasis has been a class act since day one and Louise has been on top of a lot of requests, hopefully they continue on this path....just as Inetbet and Clubworld which also are excellent...they all are one of a kind...

They're the same as any other RTG.

All the poor Rushpod group can do is try to differentiate on things like service and bonuses and stuff, and they're doing a pretty good job of hustling on that front.

If they were crocks, all of your losses would be routed directly to my account, where I could then money launder it back to the casino through my swiss/cayman/salvadoran bank accounts while collecting only a minor processing fee. And you have my personal assurances that this is not the case.
 
I got the 400% today and have been playing all afternoon. I am up right now but still have some playthru to make . Sent my docs in "just in case" I would love to start the New Year in with a cashout .
I do think the slots are loose and I have had tons of bonus rounds . Good luck all :)

So people are getting their withdrawals to Neteller? I have read from various forums that lots of people are getting their withdrawals delayd for both NT/MB. I`ll try MB hopefully it works faster.

yes i recieved my withdrawl to neteller off slots oasis within the 2 day time scale into my neteller account:thumbsup:
but i had to wait 12 days at least off cherry red because i used my debit card, and got a wire transfer withdrawl..only thing what was annoying was, the max cashout a week seems to be $2k, but when i got a 1k sign up bonus, won, and withdrew, i only got 1k winnings, because they take the 1k sticky bonus out on first withdrawl..as i won over 3k. i have to wait another week for my other winnings, as i took out overall over 3k:thumbsup:...i really do think the max withdrawl limit needs looking out, because with such a huge sign up bonus, if you win 20k, it will take quite a while to get paid..i did ask louise if she could up my withdrawl limits when i sent in my documents, but i didnt get a reply about that..maybe louise can clear up the max limits you allowed to withdraw per week, up for us:thumbsup:
 
I asked support yesterday if I could get my withdraw flushed and was told it takes 48 hours to get approved and that they couldn't . My docs have already been approved so quess I have to wait.

What happened to the playthrough counter at Cherry Red? It was there when I started playing the other day but a while later it was gone.

When I first noticed it was gone I had quite a ways to go. But after playing a couple of days i think I might have played thru the playthrough. How can I find out if there is no counter?

Hi,

I did just test this myself and it seems fine. I first of tried it without having a bonus in my account, in which case it will say just 'withdrawable balance', and then added a bonus to my account and looked, and it then showed 'Bonus: $xx' and 'Playthrough: $xx' -- It must have not been in the cashier for you as you'd met the wagering requirements already.

Real sorry, I missed that there. You can request as many $2000s in the cashier as you like, but only $2000 will be processed every 7 days, so $2000 max per week.

I looked in to this for you heatherad... The answer I got was that there are some games which are flash only, so doesn't look like it's going to be available on the downloaded at least for the time being. We've asked the software company if it's a possibility for the future however.

This seems to happen when I win something. I played on Cherry Red before and on december too and lost. No deposit given back then :D

this was the t&c with their holiday bonus

There were two new christmas bonuses every day for 12 days during the holidays..one strictly for blackjack and VP and one strictly for slots and keno ...you couldn't miss that when choosing one or the other and the T&C's were VERY clear......

Hopefully it will be straightened out for you...

I'm afraid not... You can basically choose between those welcome bonuses. You can get a 50% bonus if you play tomorrow (Thursday) or if you wait until Friday 12pm PST then you can get the 150% weekend slots bonus.
