I looked on your rogue board and don't see this casino listed...so I thought I was going to be OK using them. I've been waiting for a cashout now for 2 weeks...first they told me it would be processed in 2-3 days - then they told me 6-10 business days. Today is the 10th day and still nothing. I have e-mailed them several times but get no reponse. Any ideas? Should I just give up?

There are currently a number of payment delays with the Rushmore Group.

You can contact the rep here:

She may be able to give you clarity or assist you further.

But don't give up hope. Slots Oasis was having very slow pay issues and for the past two weeks all is back to normal in terms of current requests for w/d. My last two w/d requests were processed within 3 business days each.

you'll get it

It may come slowly, but I am pretty sure you will get it. If there were a market on this, I'd happily pay 75c/$1.00 for their debts.

))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Also as a general rule, just because a casino isn't ROGUE, that doesn't mean every thing is peachy keen. Start always with the accredited list and stay there + check + search for any recent threads here and in other forums for most recent input on any casino that isn't listed as accredited here.

If this is SUPPOSED to all be "back to normal", how come we now have a NEW instance of a delayed payment?

It's NOT "back to normal" by any means, and that is quite clear. It may be "nearly" back to normal, but there are STILL occasional lengthy delays in parts of the system.
