Hello all and greetings from Estonia! As you propably already guessed, my name is Teemu and im the rep for Chanz casino operated by Dreambox Games OU.

We have been live over 10 years now with licenses in Estonia, Sweden and Denmark. These are our main markets aswell (at the moment...).

Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions etc. We have been following Casinomeister and discussions actively for years, and now it felt a perfect timing to hop along in the train :)

Have a wonderful continue of the week everyone!

Welcome to Casinomeister! :cheerleader:

I’m Max, one of the forum moderators, also head of our complaints service called Player Arbitration (PAB).

As it happens I do have a question that I’m hoping you can help us with: what can you tell us about Estonia casino licensing? We’ve seen it come up a bit recently but no one seems to know much about it. Anything you know and could share would be most welcome. If not that’s perfectly fine too. :)

Kind regards,
Max

Hi Max! Certainly!

Estonian license is in my opinion atleast one of the most reliable at the moment. I personally have been working over 10 years in iGaming with various licenses, and last 8 of them here in Chanz with Estonian, Swedish and Danish licenses.

The player protection here is very strong, and most of the cases are handled swiftly directly by the operators and/or the licensing body (EMTA - Estonian tax board) also replies to players queries and complaints very quickly.

The bureaucracy for both operators and players is minimal and also straight forward. This doesnt mean that there is shortcuts taken, all the technical, process etc and documentations are handled at least the same level as MGA or any other reputable licensing bodies.

Recently quite many new operators have found the Estonian license. Is that good or bad, that remains to be seen.

Let me know if you have any other questions, i will try to do my best to answer :)

Ok, thank you for that. I have to say that I am looking forward to seeing from EMTA the good things you speak of.

Max cashout 10x. No good.

Only for the welcome bonus. The reload bonuses are often no max cashout, and the free spins from levelling up are wager free.

Happy to see Chanz come to Casinomeister. Great casino to play at.

Hi all.

Yes, our welcome bonus has some cashout restrictions, but after that there is no such restrictions for future offers. Free spins from loyalty program are also wager free as Avernite mentioned.

whats the wager like? is it only on bonus money or both bonus and deposit?
Hi, only the bonus money part. Usually the wager is x35 but there is some country specific exceptions based on the license, like in Denmark.

Finns have been playing at Chanz for years, the casino is at the top in terms of reliability. Very little public complaining over the years and the basics have always worked.

The Estonian license is also familiar to us. It can be considered reliable because there have been very few public complaints about Estonian licensed casinos over the years.

Sorry to hear that the welcome offer has a max. cashout. If the player puts his own money in, then the player takes his own risk and the casino should not use these terms. It can often be called "legal stealing"

Chanz has also dropped RTP's some time ago, so it's worth checking them out.

But overall, this casino can be trusted. I myself have a strict screen with casinos and in terms of reliability, Chanz passes that test
