Beside experiencing some of the problems like these: https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...by-neteller-until-further-notice.6028/?t=6028, yesterday I had requested withdrawals from my Neteller account to my checking account that were repeatedly refused. After about ten phone calls, speaking to 4 different CS reps and 2 security reps, I learned that the problem was caused by one of two situations.

1) Because it was not required when I signed up with Neteller, they did not have my SSN on file; or,

2) I had two different checking accounts linked to my Neteller account. This was allowed when I signed up, not now.

If you have having trouble making withdrawals to your bank account, have the Neteller CS reps check for these situations first. I was getting pretty irritated after it took so many calls and almost 24 hours to make a simple withdrawal. Why wasn't the first CS rep I spoke to able to see that these may have been causing my problems? Not only are they not doing a great job of keeping their customers informed, it would appear their CS reps are also not up to date on the changes under way.

I have been a Neteller customer for about 2 1/2 years and have never had any situation arise which they did not take care of quickly and professionally so I wasn't concerned that this week's issues would be resolved. But I know that if I had only been a customer a short time and this was one of my first withdrawals attempted, I would get really nervous really fast followed by really pissed off.

I trust Neteller will return to their high level of dependable service shortly (at least until they attempt their next upgrade).

Send them the message! Posting here won't change their CS!
:)

Yeah you are going to say you did that!

I tried to withdraw at LuckyChance some three hours ago by Neteller and couldn't access it at all, but I've tried right now and it worked all right :)
